The fenix is 100% independent from the default a320, no parts have been ported.

They use parts of the ProSim professional A320 simulator base. And that is good news.
First of all the default is the neo variant so not even the same plane completely

@@nic0264 also have to take in account that the 737 isn’t full study level, I want to support companies who help msf get to the level of fenix to set the bar, not scam people for 75 dollars and produce an non study level experience. So buying the fenix is the only plane rn where I can transfer msf experience to real life
It's so realistic that you actually need to learn to fly before lol. I've litteraly accidentally shut down an engine of the 747 in X-Plane 10 once and took me 2 hours to turn it back on 😅

@@Rainman63x we have a air aviation college near where I flew once,maybe the only airport between here and Montreal international Airport,and Quebec isn't cheap lol. Their first semester which is a private liscence course with instructor with a Cessna 150,is a total 270 hours,and 26k lol. Second semester is same 270 hours 26k and with that I can fly passengers and get paid. Third semester js multi engine and commercial courses. So i can do 1,2,or all 3. But i will for sure check out if there is a place near that a liscence costs only 5k lol

Fenix is not yet 100% perfect, but i'm sure there'll be a lot of updates making it even greater !

Swiss doesn't even play on that good of a gpu though, he plays on a RX580, anything from a 2060 super and above should be more than enough for a good MSFS experience.

Don’t forget the stock plane and the FBW is a neo, neos have different flight dynamics due to the size of the engines plus the Neo has assisted take off
You can point the nose up and it will stay at the ° you asked it too whilst the 320 you have to hold the nose up for a bit before it stabilises

It looks nice but honestly the free FlyByWire A320neo scratches my a320 itch, so im probably not gonna pick this up for the 50£. Maybe if they make the A319 or A321 I might get that or literally any Airbus we dont already have in the sim.

To those who are saying the Fenix a320 is not that much different to the FBW A32nx. Have no idea what their talking about.. When you have a certified a320 former test pilot now a320 simulator instructor saying Fenix a320 has near perfect identity to the real A320. Says it all. Yeah there is sim bugs to weed out.. Must say very good payware for the price..

This aircraft also includes a staggering 99% of circuit breaker simulation too! Something very rarely seen from aircraft developpers, especially those who design airliner models such as this masterpiece of an A320!

Just for those interested, this plane needs to be set on "balanced" performances on most computers, I think. But it's not that hard on the perf anyway, compared to the PMDG... It's far better I think that most of the add-ons I got on FSX or Prepar3D, except maybe the Majestic Dash 8. This plane is really fabulous. Finally, finally a proper Airbus simulation... it took 20 years for a publisher to do it correctly (even FS Labs isn't as good, imho). And finally... it's "cheap" if you look at all the other "training level" add-ons you can buy around. The Fly-by-wire rendition is really good, systems are well modeled, and the sound are really really good.
Anyway, landing at Courchevel in a A320 is a bit bold. It's already short for GA planes... I remember landing there while snow was falling, it was quite an experience I'll not forget soon.

hello swiss maybe you have to update the sdk core so that the instruments work again. for me the instruments work after the sdk update. where you find it: top right corner but you have to turn on developer mode otherwise it will not be displayed.

Honestly just as a consumer I’d rather get to 737 because I already have an A320 The flyby wire Version is free and very good. The 737 is very high-quality too i’d rather get a plane that I don’t have then a different version of something I already have.
i would disagree with ur opinion, because in my opinion paying 15 more dollars for an aircraft which doesn't even have full systems simulated, like cicturt breakers and oxygen valves, plus the cockpit things like doors etc are very poorly detailed , I would rather get a high fidelity studle level plane for 15 dollars less

@@talkymocha9994 Well, you also need to take into account that the 737 and A320 are different planes. Plus why pay 60 bucks for a plane that you already have for free, yes, I know it isn't nearly as realistic and detailed as the Fenix, but in my opinion the FBW is more than enough for a realistic and decent flight experience. Microsoft Flight Simulator has NO high quality 737, the only 737 in the game being the trash Bredok3d 737, which isn't worth its price, which is $22.
PMDG's 737 is definitely worth it without a doubt, and in my opinion, and I believe most people will agree, a lot more worth than the Fenix A320.

Fenix is amazing until you do a full flight with professional procedures. The lnav and vnav innit us kinda strange and the fuel flow of it is very unrealistic( but i think they will fix it soon
