Ok so the video starts when you’ve already loosened the rose? How do I do that? I have little tool knowledge And I’ve been trying everything I can to twist it. Is that what you have to do twisted or do you I pray it off because I can’t seem to do that please help me I’ve searched everywhere and you’re the only video that even comes close to what I’m looking for....
Hi Boardwalk Hoa, They have a tool that comes with the lock that fits in the hole to loosen the rose. You are on the right track you loosen it like a bolt. You can take a piece of cardboard and vise grips put it between the vise grips and twist it off
