  • My top 5️⃣ tips to keep improving as an athlete even as you age!
    When I was in my early twenties I would constantly hear from older friends and clients, “just wait until you hit 30 - everything starts to fall apart.”
    But at 37 and two babies later, I’m still not slowing down - I actually feel faster and more athletic than I ever have. 🔥 But this isn’t by accident! There are things I focus on inside the gym that help me stay fresh, resilient, strong, and powerful - and I wanted to share those with you today!
    The earlier and more consistently you start implementing these strategies, the better. I know in the grand scheme of things 37 is still “young” and I plan to have many more decades of athletics ahead of me, so I will continue to take care of my body in ways that support that goal!
