Walking Knee Hugs - 10 yards
Walking Quad Pulls - 10 yards
Walking Leg Cradles - 10 yards
Walking Hamstring Sweeps - 10 yards
Walking Leg Swings - 10 yards
Walking Lunge with Cross Body Reach - 10 yards
Walking Alternating Lateral Lunge with Pivot - 10 yards
Pogo Hops (In-Place, Front to Back, Side to Side) - 15s each
Jog - 15 yards
High Knees - 15 yards
Butt Kicks - 15 yards
Side Shuffles - 15 yards each direction
Carioca - 10 yards each direction
Skips - 10 yards
5 Yard Back Pedal to Turn and Jog - 15 yards each side
Sprints (50% then 75% then 100%) - 10-15 yards each
