  • Are we pickleball pros now?!
    The first time we played pickleball was on a family trip down to Florida where we got absolutely smoked by the folks in the retirement community. And now it's time for our redemption tour!
    So in this video we got a lesson from pickleball pro, Cobi Moore who helped prepare us to take on our opponents for this episode's challenge - two 4.0 rated players!

    Loving this series! A suggestion for a future episode, I'm wondering about a deep dive into walking?? Our most simple and innate form of fitness... Wonder if there are people out there who are very fit with walking as their sole form of exercise movement, or maybe looking at diff types like walking with wrist weights, weighted vests, incline walking, speed walking

    Love this series! As a squash player, I have been known to shit on pickleball, but i've never tried it and i'm certainly not good enough at squash to do that hahaha. It looks fun, and indeed more accessible than squash, and I think i will try it! Thanks for doing this video & changing my mind!

    I enjoy weight lifting and the results I get but maaaan, it’s so hard to say no to pickleball!😂 Are you guys in the same dilemma?
