Great video
Nice to see traditional British craftsmanship in a shed still taking place.
Please keep posting updates.
Thanks, will do!
Fascinating watching... Well done to Richard and his team for having the vision and the skill sets to take this project on. Cannot WAIT for the next update!!!!
Coming soon!
Richard certainly knows what he is doing.
Seems like a very capable chap.
And comes across well on camera too.
A very interesting project indeed.
I'm a Sunseeker owner in Malta and currently I'm doing a total strip down on mine as well and I know the feeling. This is going to be a massive project, well done.
A friend of mine, Bradley is patiently trying to buy one of these boats so we are really interested in Richards project and wow, what a project!!!
A beautiful boat anyway but this one is going to be absolutely amazing, breathtaking I can imagine, best of ALL worlds. My only negative is the colour scheme that Richard is planning, the black all day long but not sure about alongside red? Maybe it will work, Richard can obviously see it in his head but I would go with greys and black myself.
Great guy to listen to and very explanatory and down to earth, exciting stuff.
Thanks Nick for this and all videos, always a joy to watch. 👍
Wow! It already looks better stripped down. I really feel like Richard is doing a first rate job with this boat. So exciting to see this refit from the ground up. Especially since I really don't know much about boats. Looking forward to the next segment. Thanks again for bringing this to your viewers.
You're very welcome 🙂
I can’t wait to see the finished product! Thanks for the update on this project Nick!
You bet!
Thanks for updating us on this! Excited to see what comes next.
Our pleasure! We'll update again soon
Those carbon fiber molds looked pretty impressive. For their exactness and their complexity. Great job putting in the stills.
Been waiting for an update on this. It’s obviously going to be gorgeous. The craftsmanship is already showing. Thanks for this Update Nick, and Richard, keep up the fine work!
Thanks for watching!
Superb work! Must cost a fortune!! My refurb is change the oil and fluids!! Great video looking forward to seeing the progression!!
Can't wait to see the finished boat! Please keep this boat in mind.
Nice one Nick, great vid and cool to see the project. Keep it up!!
Thanks, will do!
Can't wait to see your video of the finished product!!
Now this is refreshing and a interesting project. So far it's looking very good nice job Richard 🇿🇦 its awesome being hands on. Thanks to you Nick for sharing we do appreciate everything you do.
Many thanks!
Very inspiring video. Almost makes a person want to purchase a boat and do a re fit.
The refit is awesome so well explained...the hanger to work on the boat just as cool!
Glad you liked it!
Awesome rebuild, slow but a ton of work for Richard!!!! Great update!!!!
Thanks 👍
What a cracking project, and Richard is properly in to making this boat as he wants it. Looking forward to seeing it progress this year, and can't wait to see it on the water. Thanks for sharing Nick
You and me both!
I really appreciate keeping us informed on the progress Richard is making on his yacht. I can't wait till he finishes. Thanks Nick, keep up your great work.
Awesome!!! Like most I've been hanging out to see an update on this Sunseeker.
More to come!
Can’t wait to see the finished product!!
Love you Aquaholic!!! From Aussie😉
Great timing! I’ve been looking forward to this update! Watching it now with a coffee and a roast beef with all the trimmings about to go in the oven for lunch! It was a toss up between Sunday roast or marmite and cheddar cheese sandwich! Beef 🥩 won!
It would for me too! 😄
Amazing commitment by Richard to this fantastic project , the skill sets being used are totally breathtaking. And of course thank you for your videos on this project, a shear joy to watch and follow. 😀👍👍👍
Many thanks!
Was really excited to see this followup!
Great to see this boat in capable hands - I live in an area where there are old boats rotting away in sideyards in every neighborhood so seeing one come back to life is lovely
Really nice video update Nick. Glad to see that there are some good progresses made. Looking forward to the next one!
More to come!
Cant wait to see this refit finished! It's going to be awesome!
You and me both!
Nick, he is the type of bloke i would love to work alongside as the attention to detail is superb. Suppose it was always going to be when you look at his RV's.
Indeed!
Seems like an amazing project
Hi Nick and Richard. Having seen the finished project on the channel im so happy to see the hard work, innovation, coachwork, craftsmanship process. This is the right man for the job, traditional sporty look meets 21st century tech. Fantastic video tour thanks 😊
Interesting project to keep in touch with.
What a project! With his enthusiasm, craftsmanship and knowledge that boat will be totally stunning when completed and ready for some serious waves :-D
Love how the update followed the structure of Nick’s other videos, right down to looking at the engine compartment last!
cool, calm and collected.... brilliant project
Glad you like it!
Sounds like an amazing project! High budget too!
It really is!
Amazing coincidence, as it was just the other day i was thinking 'I wonder how Richard is getting on with the rebuild of his Sunseeker' and Hey Presto! a few days later you upload this.
Thank you so,so much for this Nick, you little mind reader you. 😁👍
You're very welcome! 🙂
A Nice project , all the answers to any problems off to Australia . What away to go Aquaholic at his best and Richard on a mission ,not to sure of the stainless going black , but as said before by others beauty is in the eye of the beholder , keep it up lads . Thank you for the video .
Fabulous project and yes would love to see more! Great that he had contact from the original designer - the popularity of Aquaholic is definitely confirmed lol. Great video Nick
Thank you! :)
Ohh I cannot wait to see this project done. This is the kind of boat you just don't see much anymore. A sleek high performance boat that's got just enough amenities to spend a weekend on.
They've just started to make a resurgence: Fairline F33 and Princess R35 for example.
Sorry I'm late Nick, lockdown life is getting hectic. 👍👍😎
This fellow has the best toys and is so laidback... does he realise how amazingly talented he is. He is a recycling guru. Tree huggers could learn alot from what he's doing.
I suspect this is not going to be the last boat he rebirths, I hope the next will be for me... her indoors allowing.
Cracking video as per usual. Thank you, take care and stay safe. 👍👍👍⛴🛳🏴☠️🛥🚤☠⛵🚢⚓😎🚘🚌🚐☠🏴☠️😎
Excellent video. I’d hire that guy in a second.
Cool! Thanks Nick, been looking forward to this.
Enjoy! :)
That is going to look quite stealth with all the black trim on board. Can`t wait
Great stuff Nick and Richard very informative
Glad you enjoyed it
Bugger me...I thought I had it tough bringing my 5m Tornado Rib back to life...but this is something else. Looking forward to Your tour on this when it's finished Nick.
Real cracking job, Richard is a craftsman. All credit to him. Great that he has acknowledged the designer who contacted him.
Thanks for sharing Nick 🙏🏻
Absolutely
Quite a special project , Richard! I like your ideas upgrading the boat right along the refit. Most of the aesthetic qualities of today's boats are great but some don't appear to be attractive. Your friend Steve Ford's vision of keeping the sleeker lines of a sport boat appeals to me, much like the Scarab boats from the eighties. As always Nick, you do great work here!
Many thanks!
This is a great series. Love seeing the details and how this is done.
No one goes to this level on these kind of boats, loving it fair play!! Living in the Poole area seeing a smaller Sunseeker coming back to life is awesome!
fantastic project looking forward to more updates and to see the final product, great work guys.
More to come!
@@AQUAHOLIC fetch it on Nick
Bro nothing beats a cup of tea and waking up in the castle tower having an amazing view over van couver and watching a aquaholic video (Good spirits)
Sounds great!
I've been waiting you to come back to ground zero of this incredible project for a long time. Pls keep us update on this James Bond's boat.
Wilco! 🙂
Wow, awesome project, looks like it is going great and on the right track. though a heater in the building along with doors would be great.
Fabulous, great to catch up, woza doesn't he work fast, I thought that we would not see another catch-up video quite so soon, methinks Richard has created a new business channel, restoring boats, love his thinking and dragging a sorry looking boat into the next decade.
Thank you Aqualoic for another great video
Thanks for watching! :)
Awesome, so much work done already!
Brings back memories of all the bikes I rebuilt, the only way to get what you want is to take it back to nothing and start again. I did a black and deep red scheme on one of them and that scheme did benefit from some polished metals here and there to make the black and red ping.
I can't wait to see more vids of this project.
Awesome guys, thanks for going to the effort of making a vid of the story👏🇬🇧❤️
The power of Aquaholic! Miele is missing out on some really great product placement here.
Absolutely brilliant, the progress is fantastic I’m eager for further up dates right up to a test drive.... and nice to see the reach your channel has...good job mate!
I can't wait to see this over the coming year. It's going to be beautiful, I can tell already
Very interesting, looking forward to seeing more updates.
More to come!
It's wonderful work by Richard Sir... Keep going Sir.... Currently still boat looks impressive.. Once it get finished it will be awesome 👌... Looking great wonderful and dashing Nick Sir...
Great content thanks Nick.
My pleasure!
I got so excited when I saw the notification for this! What a fantastic restoration going on there, in fact I'm now more excited waiting for the updates on this than I am for Mandalorian season 3
Hope you enjoy it!
Wow, love this particular vlog! The thought he’s put into this is awesome and detail. Love the fact through your channel he’s made a connection with the original designer and been bouncing ideas around plus the wealth of info they have on both sides.
Definitely following this one..... 🙌❤️
Amazing stuff once again. Looks like Aquaholic and Nick are creating a world wide boat geek club. How awesome that Your hard work makes other brilliant minds connect! That alone must be very satisfying, great job Nick. Thank you very much :)
Richard's vision combined with his and his teams knowledge of products, materials and techniques.....I can't wait till see how this project turns out. Keep them coming Nick. 👍
Will do! 🙂
What a fascinating project, amazing concept. Brilliant! Thanks Nick
Glad you enjoyed it!
Really good to see this project, it is going to look fantastic. Also interesting to hear the story about one of the original designers and his thoughts on the project.
Thanks for sharing 🇦🇺
Really impressive. That is some serious work
Can’t wait to see how this comes out! I bet it’s going to be epic!
Fascinating to see the progress, Richard has such clarity and focus it'll be amazing to see the finished boat eventually!
Absolutely! :)
Realy fantastic tot see this progress
It's nice to see someone with clear vision putting their heart & soul into the restoration.
It does help that Richard is well experienced in building the 'land' versions of these kind of vehicles though.
Fascinating progress update. Look forward to the next one.
You and me both!
Well done! It really is a classic Sunseeker sports cruiser and will be fantastic well equipped 21st century boat when it has been fully finished. Envious!
This is so cool Nick can’t wait to see final results for Richard’s project thanks mate 👍🇨🇦
You and me both!
That's going to be an awesome bit of kit when it's finished.Would love to be able to afford to do something like that with mine.
Look forward to following the process, progress and seeing the finished beast.
Really cool!! Thanks Nick!
Glad you liked it!
Richard dose a great job of explaining his vision. Great to also see where him and team are at. This is a really interesting set of videos can’t wait for the next one. 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it
I sure hope to see the final product once it’s finished.
When this is done, you guys should take both your boats and better halves on an epic summer expedition around the UK.
That's a nice idea! Sadly I doubt either of us will have the time.
Don't think my misses will let me put a boat like that in my garage, damn it .. thanks for the update Nick .. it is going to be brilliant when it is finished.
You're welcome! :)
That’s wonderful Nick. As it’d been some time since the original video of this project went out I’ve wondered if it had fallen by the wayside so you can image how good it is to see this update.
What a talented guy chap and how nice to see this lovely boat lovingly brought back to an improved version of its former self. Brilliant. Look forward to the next instalment 😁
Glad you enjoyed it!
Just a quick buff and polish and she’s ready to splash. 😂
My word. Nothing like going whole hog. I have a feeling this is going to be quite striking when completed.
This would be right up your street Ian. Engineering Nirvana lol.
@@lusoyachting36 I think you’re correct Amanda
Simply awesome project!
Glad you like it!
Love this content. Great project. Thanks 🙏.
Thanks for watching!

I was hoping to see this.
Enjoy! :)
Amasing job he is doing.

Thank you! :)
Brilliant, love it 👍👍
Brilliant . Keep them coming
Will do!
Great job...only downside is waiting for the next progress video! We need more performance cruisers in the world! My Excalibur 45 is built like the Sunseeker.....tough as nails.
Nice boat!
@@AQUAHOLIC Thanks...its my first boat and loving every minute of it.
This is really awesome! Wasn't expecting an update to come in this early but here we are!
