I bought a very similar ottoman bed from ebay that came with no instructions . Even though the seller tried to explain the process , I was completely dumbfounded . They did apparently have a video but he never sent one to my email address . This video is a life saver .will use it tomorrow .

Hi these instructions are so helpful I bought a bed have put it together but the bed won’t stay down I can push it down but it just springs back up do you know how I can keep it down?
It the gas so if u keep pushing it diwn(if you don’t have the strength find a friend to help) and eventually it should all be good ( I had to get my brother to do it for 40 mins)
Hi, the manufacturer now only supplies to shops and retailers so there is no direct link to the product. We have kept this video on CZcams so it can be used as a reference since many ottoman storage beds have a similar assembly process.
Hi Alegri, the company has stopped selling directly to the public but instead manufacture and supply to retailers. Due to this, there is no direct link to their products. If this changes we will update accordingly.

The nuts don't have to come off ,just slide the bracket in behind
