    Recovery experts and Troopers on first name basis, mutual respect both ways including ways to get around the wreck. This...this is textbook on how this should be handled. Another excellent job Ron, Talon, the Midwest crew and the Law Enforcement officers.

    Thank You again Ron for a very enjoyable 45 minutes viewing, better than the television any day, it was good first of all, the truck didn't roll onto the Highway, and then it came off the guard wire with very little damage, but the main thing, everyone went home safe that night, which is what we all want, Stay Safe, God Bless

    If they ever perfect a true "truck routing GPS", I think Ron's work load will drop 30%.....or more! Ron is to heavy towing, what, Bob Ross was to painting! There is something soothing and comforting, as a retired Driver myself, watching Ron solve other Drivers problems. Thanks Ron for your videos and professionalism!

    Some might say you over rig your recoverys but one of the guys that tought me always said (you only get one chance to over rig because if your doing it a second time it's because you failed the first time) I have never forgot what he said. Great job as always Ron, Talon and Mike.

    Ron, you're always to "cool" under pressure and reassuring to the state patrol/police as well as the customer's driver and your crew. I enjoy seeing your strategy evolve right on camera since it is a new situation each time -- but with no surprises for you based on your tremendous experience.     Jeez that driver really was lucky! Didn't see how bad that embankment was till you lit the scene up Ron. Having a loaded trailer doesn't make it any easier for sure.

    Hi Ron, I have watched several of your videos. I hear you say something about over kill about safety , you can never overdue safety. I lost my beloved husband due to someone not being safe. All you guys want to do is go home to your family's. So keep being safe your doing great !

      True.
      I look at these and figure out the engineering behind the recovery. I taught for a living and used the trades in teaching why math and reading is necessary and how they are used in real situations.

      Good point, this is great material for young kids to watch. It's safe, kids generally like trucks and such, and setting an example for courtesy and professionalism are a great influence!

    WOW, you certainly got this Job done Successfully thanks to your other two (2) co-workers helping you. Looks like a loose license plate and a burned out passenger side headlight but like you mentioned, it could of been a lot worse had the tractor not got hung up in the barrier cable.

      I think it's even more interesting because I live only 1.5hrs away in paducah, Ky and I come to Cape often for parts deliveries for work so I recognize alot of these areas.

    I watched Talon operate the Rotator when you were with him but still sick
    He did a good job especially with your help.
    He said s a good guy and you will learn that he is really like a son! My son in law has become like that to me now for about 30 years!
    Again I love your show I’m of an age where I can’t work much so the show keeps this old mind thinking! It’s better than the shows on TV.
    I go back and view your older shows to watch your dad do his quiet leading
    And I notice that the guys respect him a lot! I’m sure you must miss him. He was 6 years younger than me!

    Wow!! No chinook needed tonight.. although that would have been spectacular.. lol. Mike and Talon are getting better and better with your tutelage, and another job well done by all. I think Talon should have had his waddle cam on.. lol That was dangerous, as seeing how the truck was really leaning towards the ditch. Again, you make a dangerous job look easier than it looks. God bless and have a safe week. Can't wait for the next one. Ooh.. Mike looked a bit terrified of moving that truck ahead, but he did really well. Some more practice driving the Tator should give him a bit more confidence, and I really love how he's not scared to dive right in with rigging, driving, holding brakes.. whatever it takes to get the job done. Consider giving him a raise... lol Laterz!!!

    Thanks to my accident (getting mashed between a 16 ton eagle claw wheellift and a 9000 pound Ford Excursion-- and my age- (66) I'll never be able to do this kind of thing again-- but watching you makes me kind of NOT miss is quite so bad!!!

    Ron and co thanks for the videos. Disclaimer I am from the UK retired electrician 20 years ago .
    How do you keep safe from people ( not those in cars trucks WHY ) but those who think they have the right to your equipment , thinking about you woodland excursions , boy I had duelling banjos in my head.
    Made me smile with your comments on over head power lines I used to do live line repairs

    As a professional driver we rely so much on our gps, especially in an unfamiliar area, 90% of the time they are right on. But that other 10% can get you in trouble fast.

    Great job Ron, one damage hood is al lot cheaper than the truck. Those GPS you gotta up date them.
