- The Health District shut down Praya Thai on Sunset Road and Decatur Boulevard on March 10 for excessive demerits--52 in total--and "uncontrolled food-borne illness risk factors."

I posted videos of moldy soda machine, the ceiling rain dripping in orange juice machine, dirty moldy floors of ihop on south las vegas blvd and got fired because of it ... I refuse to serve people in that environment anyway

Every restaurant should let their customers do a tour thru kitchen before they sit down to order.
That's how you solve it.
