    I hope he can keep singing this, I adore him and this song!
    It feels so sad hearing these go through since the first version sounded so happy, and he sounded so ecstatic. The other versions still are incredible. Something about this one being so clear hit something. 1:38
    I hate the thought of him leaving us with this song.

    It got so slow from 1986 to 1988, and fast from 2000 to 2002. Love the smooth transitions!

      Yeah, I noticed this too. And most of the instruments leaving the song so it's just the piano; 2:18

      The tempo changed 2000 instead of 2001 which it thought. It had become much slower then sped up in the 10's again.

    You can tell that by 1986 his voice had changed and did not have the same sound as it did in '83

      The throat surgery did not change his and it was meant to restore it to his original voice he just was getting older

      He needed surgery done on his vocal chords because he smoked way too much weed during his 1986 tours.

    Что значит всё познаётся в сравнении. В 1995 это уже совсем иное звучание. Пришло развитие технологий.

    В 89 и 92 году Сэр Элтон Джон играет на синтезаторе Роланд. Какой тембр использовался при игре, кто-нибудь знает?

    It doesn't really sound that much different from early to late. Maybe it was intentional to make a song he could sing into his elder to show he's still standing. Earlier Elton voices went away but the one he used on this one hung in there.

    He just gave up after the late 90's, meanwhile geddy lee and stevie wonder for axample can still hit the same notes minus those screaming parts. Elton was given a gift and he f'd it up and didn't take care of his voice. He was in a position where he could have given his voice time to recover like that 76-79 gap but he didnt. It is what it is.

      @satyabratamishra4670 Před 2 měsíci

      i think the lockdown helped him recover a lot he can hit high notes more clean now and his phrasing and diction has gotten slightly better but yeah he should have rested more
