- In this Summit to Seashore Birding Adventures video I travel down to Cornwall in search of a Buff-breasted Sandpiper and do a little sea-watching at Porthgwarra. I then head north to South Gare to look for Brown Booby, a mega rare bird here in the UK and finally look for Aquatic Warbler in West Sussex. A big thanks to Shaun Ferguson for allowing me to use his Aquatic Warbler photo - please check out Shaun's CZcams Channel which has a fantastic collection of rare bird videos and trip reports - @shaunferguson8782
00:00 - Introduction
Love it! Saw a Quetzal once flying ......birds are sooooo magical! Thanks for posting and will follow....
Some really good captures there, well worth the effort...
Just a note too say from your My Big Year Birding 2022 / Episode 3 - Autumn video I have uploaded to ebird my list from last weekend so thanks for the hints to show how it works.
Brilliant vid - loved it and there............................. just there........................... the 'booby' - not sure why but just one of my most favourite birds ever. ;-)
Thanks again for your comments and support. It’s a pretty cool bird that is for sure!
Fabulous content, narrative and descriptions I hope you can keep it up. I have subscribed and will of course continue to watch. I did manage the Brown Booby ( now much easier to see) not sure about the use of the word shorebirds in the Uk rather than Waders! Thank you so much.
Thanks so much for your kind words and response. Well done on the Brown Booby, such a great bird. And as for shorebirds vs waders, I spent about 13 years on the west coast of Canada so old habits die hard. Haha. Thanks again for your input, I really appreciate it. Looks like we are in for a busy autumn. 👍
@@S2SBirda I have now watched about 20 more of your videos which I have to say are superb, I’ve been birding for 40 years and although I enjoy every minute I have about 20 % of your knowledge. The way you deliver this knowledge is a real credit to you, none condescending and without any ego, you remind me of a great friend of mine Ron Marshal and Tim Melling, Tim imparts his knowledge just like you. Thank you.
@@Yorkshirewild I am absolutely blown away at your kind words and taking the time to write and comment. Thank you so much. It's great to get some feed back as I haven't been doing CZcams that long. My only goal is to share my interest in hope that someone will find it either interesting or helpful. 👍
