    Squeeze it and try to hold for 10- 15 seconds and release slowly. Repeat that for 30-50 times. And see the results is amazing

      Yeah every movement will target different group of muscles on the forearms, if it's difficult then it just means you have trained them enough.

    I have been using hand grip for 8-9 months and have really improved a lot. I used to arm wrestle with my friends, but I was so weak that anyone could beat me. Anyways, I always thought that I had mastered the hand gripper cuz I can do up to 100-120 grips in 60 kg at a time. But the deviation has got me...😅

      @@zyzzz6331my muscles were soft and squeezy but after using hand grip it has become harder than before.. I haven't gained enough muscle cuz i didn't take enough protien..But my strength increased a lot

    I tried to 50 kg in this gripper and I got wrist pain so as a beginner I recommend to all my bros use it in average weight and then after some 1 or 2 week go for 40 to 50 kg😊

    My max is 250 lbs i started a year ago when i was only 16 and i started training at 60kg ive been doing that for about a week or so and right after that i bought a 100kg one and thats where it hitted the most but i didnt give up and finally i can do it with ease now im 17 and im starting with 250 lbs now and its hard as hell but that wont let me stop from closing it

      Agacim ben de dün aldım da kaç set yapılıyor hiç bilmiyorum. Biri yukarıda yazmış demiş ki bunlara gerek yok 10 saniye sıkın sonra yavaşça bırakın 20 30 kere tekrarlayın bunlardan daha etkili demiş. Yardım edersen sevinirim
