    I feel it ki mujhe strength training karni hi padegi,tumhari video se mohot clearity aayi h bro ,tum sahi ho ki cardio se kuch ni hoga hoga me 30 min abs workout plus cardio ra tha pr jese tumne bataya usse loss to ni bs belly bahar jesi nikal ri h ,jb cardio hora h tab to belly ekdam mst lag ri h pr baar me after a day thodi chutiya lag ri h ,maybe due to muscle burn.i totally agree the fact ki it is effective to do strength training with protein with calorie deficit

    Brother Yoga se bhi Fat loss easily ho jata hai, maine kiya huva hai 🙏 Strength ke saath Perseverance bhi aata hai jo ki muscle gain karne se aaye jaruri nahi 🙏 Perseverance check karna ho tho ek Pahaad chad jao Gym wala 30% climbing me hi drain out hojayega but daily Yoga wala without much struggle climb kar jayega 🙏
