    How do your knees feel with doing the leg press first over leg ext? As you know, I have to leave the leg ext to the very last exercise or my knee is done for the day.

      I'm pretty lucky in that it doesn't bother my knees. I tend to prefer leg ext before leg press so that I go into leg press and hack squat with a huge pump
