In this video I want to show you the best works of the most famous street artist in the world-BANKSY.
Who is Banksy?
Banksy is an anonymous England-based street artist, vandal, political activist, and film director, active since the 1990s.
His satirical street art and subversive epigrams combine dark humour with graffiti executed in a distinctive stenciling technique.
Banksy displays his art on publicly visible surfaces such as walls and self-built physical prop pieces. Banksy no longer sells photographs or reproductions of his street graffiti, but his public "installations" are regularly resold, often even by removing the wall they were painted on.

These graffities are made by many people, not one. Bansky is just a word, doesn't mean anything. It doesn't even mean that some of these works want to be affiliated with this word. These are just drawings made by different people. Stop referring to them as Bansky graffiti please
He has this beautiful ability to combine innocence and peace with corruption and conflict
That perfectly sums up our society.

I have no wish to know Banksy's true identity,I just want to see his tremendous works of art.
He probably wouldn’t be able to create such beautiful art, if his identity was known.
I love how he includes different dimensions, like using the environment as part of the art, and childish drawings combined with very realistic illustrations. The way he crosses those boundaries creates a very strong impact. I like it when art bends your reality.
He's brillant..very clever
i love how he introduces iconic images in his vision. Combining past and present symbols, is like he is re-writing History (The lil girl burned by napalm during Vietnam War, walking hand in hand with McDonald) and enlight its absurdity. A genius Humanist

What if it's just a group of wealthy people who schemed this whole thing up in order to put value on this stuff who are exploiting the message of humanity for gain?
Conveniently hiding behind a fictitious elusive artist who is now famous. The more I think about this, the more suspicious it gets.
I do approve of the messages though. At least it serves humanity and obviously the masses like it. Could there be a trade-off here? Is there are trade-off happening in all of this right now?
The mystery grows.
Seeing this art and the messages each piece carries with it really just is so amazing it makes you cry.... for the world and I think he knows that. Cheers to banksy for expressing what so many feel but don’t know how to express. An amazing artist but a more amazing person; you can see his heart in his work. Thank you

People who clammer on the identity of Banksy need to realize that part of the art is the hidden identity of the artist. There is a certain aura that comes along with being anonymous and the beauty of the work doesn’t change because you know who did it.

A friend of mine recently commit suicide Banksy was his favorite artist, his favorite piece was Butterflies Girl he even had it tattooed. I never knew about Banksy until him, I had seen pieces before but never knew they were his specifically, his expressions of art are beautiful very touching. I appreciate art in every form ♡ thanks for sharing

You can slow down the playback speed when you watch it. It will also slow down the music though which makes the video seem a little sadder.

Thanks for amazing video, which brought banksy art to me. I heard about banksy when the news about shredded painting emerged, but that was about it. Turns out he is really fruitful artist. Some of his works really "clicked" and I saw myself or society's problems. Also what amazes me how subtly he conveys his message. No need to know who the person is. People are boring and pretty much the same. What they do is interesting. Banksy is about what this person does.
He is prolly one of my favorite urban street artists using the environment for alot of his ideas

Retired commercial artist: Most of those graphics look like they were done with screens (like silkscreen). I used to work for a screen printing company in California. The graphics can be designed and the screens produced in the studio, transported to location and the paint quickly applied to the surface. That's how I would do it.😎

I don't want to know the identity of banksy, I just want someone to relay how grateful and meaningful his art is to me.
Genius, so many overpaid hacks churning out the same stuff. Banksy raises his own bar challenging himself and our perceptions with almost every new work. He revived and reminds me of some of the great street art of the 80s, (Haring and that master shadow, scribble, drip in black guy/ can't think of name) I also felt one with the creation/shredding frame at auction. Talk about art creating a dialogue. LOL
I loved that piece that shredded itself! It was a piece of visual art that unexpectedly turned into performance art. And I think you're thinking of Jean-Michel Basquiat!
@@marialinietsky8365 Hi, I don't think it's Basqiuat, I know much of his work but possibly. I was speaking about these black shadow, squiggle/drip figures usually beside doorways, entrances (near 42nd Street bus lane from Lincoln Tunnel) or under bridges or overpasses. Basqiuat was a great black artist/friend of Warhol, but I don't think he created those. Thanks for responding during these tumultuous times, Stay Well and God Bless !!!
