Fish are colorblind and can't discern red at all so brightness has nothing to do with it. He was reducing the size and numbers of human predators making movement at the edge of the water. He has to be there to make the content what it is, but no need to increase size or mass of predatory motion at the waters edge. Hope this helps explain in layman's terms what some might not realize is a scientific thing.

You insinuate they swim off strong, but the mortality rate has to be in the high 90% range. Not criticizing, only speaking truth and my request from my lifelong perch as a wildlife conservationist. That catfish was a monster. It might of looked small but it was all muscle. Had to way at least 45 to 47 maybe even atleast half a pound. 😂
