    Thanks Radhi for sharing these techniques. I have been doing the Humming meditation for a month now (its called Brahmri in Sanskrit, Brahmri is the name of humming bee) and it works wonders. ❤

    If one has asthma and nose blocked one side, how do u do the breathing the right way. Sometimes when I take deep breath, my chest feels tight.

    So basically you use Pranayama to calm your nervous system 😊 I can confirm this 100%, my yoga teacher taught us that, amazing cure for those under too much pressure and stress!

    I think its high time they should start teaching about stress and managing it in schools rather than teaching about gender identity and other crap like that , just an opinion
