    Thank you, it's very informative.
    You said for the first 30 days you recommend to use broad keywords.
    Do you have a video about how are you doing that?

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety +1

      Thanks!
      In regards to using broad match keywords for the first 30 days, I recommend this so that you can also see if there are any other relevant searches terms that convert that you can add to your ad group. To do this what you want to do is every 3-4 days complete a search term audit by:
      - going to ‘keywords’ and then select ‘search terms’
      - then go through this list of the actual search terms that have been used to trigger your ads and then select which ones you want to add as a:
      > negative keyword if you don’t want that phrase to trigger any future ads
      > new phrase match or broad match keyword search if you want your ads to trigger for that search term in the future
      While not only on Search term audits you would also find video below helpful as I do discuss keyword match types and the recent changes: 👇🏻

    Thank you very much for the information Mr. Young
    I have a question,
    Can I use the Keyword Insertion feature on my Click-To-Call Ads?
    Thank you very much

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety

      Hi Arif, Google is starting to limit keyword insertion to responsive search ads only - however they may still work for you.
      To see if they work just type:
      {
      Into the headline and see if the keyword insertion option comes up

    • @Nafirul-ads
      @Nafirul-ads Před 6 měsíci

      Yes, you can use Keyword Insertion in your Click-To-Call Ads. It dynamically inserts the keyword that triggered your ad into the ad text, making it more relevant to the user's search query. This can potentially improve ad performance by increasing relevance and click-through rates. However, ensure that the inserted keywords make sense in the context of your ad and provide a good user experience.

    But one question, i have many products that even though they're of the same category, which are some specific home decor categories, many keywords are specific and relevant for a few products of the campaign, for example, for a duver cover campaign "red duver cover", "Scandinavian duvet cover" or "linen duvet cover" then do I have to separate all this products so they have only the keywords highly specific to them as opposed to grouping them to broader categories like duver covers, pillows, rugs?

    How long does it take you to go through your checklist for the different check in date lengths?

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety +1

      Search term audits can take a bit of time - especially on larger accounts where you could have 100s of search terms to review.
      But for most accounts you can complete all required optimisations in under an hour per week. (Remembering that you don’t need to compete every action every week)

  • @daudwihardi

    Hi Aaron, how long do we need to wait for Quality Score to get updated after we optimisme the headline, description and landing page? My score between 5-7. I wait for a week but the score stays the same.

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před rokem +1

      Hi David it can take up to 3 weeks. Also cool profile photos I’m heading back to Kyoto soon

    • @Nafirul-ads
      @Nafirul-ads Před 6 měsíci

      Quality Score updates aren't immediate and can take some time to reflect changes in your headlines, descriptions, and landing pages. Typically, it may take several days to a few weeks for Google to reevaluate and update your Quality Score after optimizations.
      If you've already waited for a week and haven't seen any changes, continue monitoring your ad performance. Sometimes, improvements take longer to be recognized by the system. Keep refining and enhancing your ad elements for better relevance and user experience.

    It appears my cpc changes as the ad runs. The first click cost 13 cents but then the second click cost 22 cents. Why does it fluctuate?

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Ron, yes your CPC will always fluctuate as every time your ad is shown it is based on an auction which takes a lot of factors into account including:
      > your cpc
      > your quality score & Ad rank
      > Your average CTR
      > competitors CPC
      > competitors CTR
      > number of competitors in auction
      Etc etc
      So your CPC will always fluctuate, because of this it is better to monitor your average CPC over a period of 7 days or more.
      Hope that helps 👍🏻
