I have that Tops Wayne Gretsky card, Its not in the greatest shape never had it appraised and I have 2 Mario Lemieux Tops rookie cards both are in really great condition and kept in plastic for years also never been appraised. I wanted to get these appraised but it just seems like a hassle. These appraisal places want YOU to appraise it when you submit them which i never understood since I am paying THEM to do the appraisal! I really wanted to sell these but bc the appraisal process is such a pain in the azz ill probably just leave them to my daughter.

The 2005 MVP Sydney Crosby rookie is a facsimile autograph...not a real auto. That seller listing it like it was a real autograph was definitely intentional...a real scumbag move IMO. But buyers and content creators alike need to do more research beforehand.
Still a really cool rookie card...
