Do you know which lasers are good, but also do not compromise the fat in the face?
Hi Admin User,
Damage to the essential fat layer and the skin is not caused by a particular type or brand of laser, but by the doctor or practitioner using it. Lasers are just tools, and results are determined by the judgment, experience, and skill of the doctor or practitioner using it. While I don't let my assistants, nurses, or aestheticians do laser treatments on my patients, in most areas there are no licensing requirements that limit laser treatments to doctors only. Damage comes from overexposure and/or overheating with the laser device, and often happens when patients or doctors try get a lifting effect without surgery. You can refer to these videos about how damage from thermal treatment can be avoided, why surgical lifting cannot be replaced by laser treatments, and types of lasers that require minimal healing and no downtime:

2:15 is the facelift result here augmented with fillers or fat transfer. Not talking about the y lift, but the one next to it. Great work 🤩
Thank you, @dencentbeatz794. I can say that it wasn't with a fat transfer.
These videos are priceless. Dr. A you are so impressive in your directives. Thank you.🙏🏽
Thanks again for your kind words, and for being a loyal viewer,

Very few doctors address the issue of bone loss. They all talk about "volume loss" and restoring it with fat grafting, but it doesn't make sense to replace bone with fat. We don't really lose fat, it just migrates south into our jowls and neck.
Hi @dammar117,
Facial volume loss due to aging is mostly the loss of bone mass, with muscle, and soft tissue also lost, but to a lesser degree. Our Structural Volumizing treatment places thicker, longer lasting filler at the bone level to add more structure, and definition when enhancing volume, and under the muscle layer to prevent migration. Thicker fillers actually feel like bone after the treatment. You can refer to these videos about it:

great video! how long does HA filler into the bone last? and why is that preferred over PRF/ Sculptra?
Hi tectonicblond,
Since there is no natural hyaluronidase between the bone and muscle layer, hyaluronic acid fillers can last longer. PRP, or PRFM (platelet-rich fibrin matrix) are not used for volume as much as they are meant for improvement of skin quality. Sculptra is not the same as the volume response poly-L-lactic acid is not as predictable as creating and shaping volume from hyaluronic acid filler alone. I did make a video specifically about HA fillers lasting longer at the bone level, and underneath the muscle layer - czcams.com/video/NkBGhJ0w84k/video.html
@@AmiyaPrasadMD thanks! Sculptra as being the holy grail for volume I guess is wrong
You're welcome, @@missunique65!
If you are still practicing when I am that age I would definitely come to you for a facelift!
Thank you for the compliment, LS F!

Can we have Botox on the masseters muscle for a slimmer V shape at 2 months post deep plane face lift?
Hi M E London!
You will still have significant swelling 2 months after your facelift, so it's better to consider additional treatment after the swelling has resolved. I hope this clarifies things for you.
@@AmiyaPrasadMD Thank you, Dr. Prasad. My swelling and the numbness has gone a lot ( approx.80%) and I really want to define my contour face with Botox in massaters as my face is more rounded now than before the surgery. I wouldn’t wait 6 months, though, especially that I am going to visit my family and relatives abroad which doesn’t know about my facelift. If I do it now, at 8-9 weeks post surgery, it will be wrong? It will affect the healing process of the area in front of the ears?
What other treatments do you recommend me to do?
I have been doing face deep tissue massage, a facial laser with the tria beauty home device for collagen stimulation and a red lights therapy with LightStim ( all FDA approved). Apart of that I have been taking every day bromelain, arnica pills, iron and all the essentials multi vitamins with over 2-3 litters water per day, helping my healing process very fast.
Hi@@Moniq29uk
I hope you understand that I can't recommend specific treatments without examining your face, and seeing how you are doing after your facelift. I hope this helps you.
