Hair thinning due to pattern hair loss is normally more progressive rather than just happening in a couple of weeks, but it is possible you didn't notice it much before. Scalp microscopy is needed it determine if you have actively thinning hair. If you can't see us for an examination, I suggest you see a local dermatologist to properly examine your scalp to diagnose for early onset of male pattern hair loss. Based on this general rule, it may be too late for your vision issue. Ptosis correction surgery can help with muscle strain of lifting your brows if your upper eyelid muscle has enough function, and can be shortened to help raise your eyelids. However, if congenital ptosis is severe, and there is little to no eyelid muscle function, then a frontalis sling procedure is needed for your case where your forehead muscle will be used to raise your eyelids. The muscle in the lower eyelid is attached to muscles of the eye responsible for movement. Eye deviation is possible because of the muscle attachment, but it can happen in rare cases. Yours may have been a rare case, but your doctor should be able to manage the condition, so make sure you follow their advice during the recovery period. I hope this helps you.

Hi @NishaLohar-zj5zo, It is possible for an iron deficiency to affect hair health, and PCOS can lead to hair thinning. If you can get these issues treated, and there are no other causes of hair thinning, specifically genetic pattern hair loss it possible to reverse the hair thinning. Hi@@NishaLohar-zj5zo, Minoxidil doesn't thicken thinning hair, but rather delays hair shedding so you have more hair on your head, so it appears fuller. Minoxidil treat the symptom, not the cause. I suggest you see your gynecologist about managing your PCOS with hormone therapy, and seeing if there is improvement with your hair thickness. And as stated earlier, you need to be properly diagnosed for genetic pattern hair loss/ androgenetic alopecia. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Thanks for your reply I understand what your saying but will a facelift hold if youve had boneloss. I've got no back teeth so suffering from marionette lines at 38 and jowls because of the support of the tissues that's why I'm thinking I'm suffering from that issue. Hi @jayceedaily2191, It is very rare for significant skin laxity to occur at your age with thick skin. The few times I did a facelift for someone in your age range is when they had thin skin. You may actually have facial volume loss due to aging, which makes the skin appear to sag because of the loss of skin support from diminished bone, muscle, fat, and soft tissue. Hi @pnevlud, While enough time has passed between treatments, without an examination I can't definitively recommend another treatment. The goal of treatment is to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but trying for complete erasure does risk overheating, and overexposure, which may make you look worse. My doc is saying six months so I guess I’ll have to wait. The lines are only apparent when smiling, which we all want to do 😂 I think there is some “blanching” kinda white looking spots under the under eye skin which I’m hoping is a sign of collagen building up. I see my surgeon this coming Wednesday and maybe I’ll get some good news Unfortunately I also have a small edema pouch on one cheek. She is going to see if this could even be old filler or is it a festoon edema and we all know that would suck. They are so hard to fix. It's important to remember that almost any medical cosmetic treatment does not stop the effects of aging, or prevent the effects of excessive sun exposure, diet, stress, pollution, etc, so expecting permanent results is unrealistic as the body itself is not permanent and subject to changes. Hi @Ulululu-mw4kv, Buccal fat volume can be reduced by weight loss, but it may not be affected by weight loss as fat in other areas of the body. That said, I do advise to not lose too much buccal fat as it is an immediately visible sign of youth, and the lack of buccal fat does give an impression of someone appearing older or aged.
