If I see a surgeon use dark lighting on the 'before' photo and bright beams on the 'after', I don't go with them. Simples.

An Oculoplastic surgeon in my city (Toronto; 5 million) also has a Microblading permanent makeup technician working in his office. As an eyebrow fanatic, I cannot help but notice that the patients featured, do not have particularly flattering brows, even in the After Photos. Surgery can only do so much. I think it is important to approach eye aesthetics from several angles. Good video.

We don't offer microblading or eyebrow tattooing in our practice because it can look very obvious and unnatural. We do offer people with procedures for growing back their eyebrows with treatment to thicken thinning eyebrow hair non-surgically, or surgical eyebrow transplants similar to scalp hair transplants.

Dr. I just turned 60 last month, and would like to know in general, as I certainly realize that this would require a personal consultation with you. But generally speaking for a 60 year old, and having a genetic predisposition from my Mother for droopy eyelids, and value your opinion greatly, which of all the 5 eye procedures that you mentioned would you recommend with keeping those parameters in mind? as a stand alone procedure, or with a face lift. For a reference point... I've never had any other procedures, or fillers done on myself.

Like you said a consultation is needed for a proper diagnosis of your condition, but there is a good chance that is upper blepharoplasty to reduce extra eyelid skin and fat, and possibly eyelid ptosis correction if the muscle that raises your eyelid is causing drooping. I hope this helps you.

You can still have either a brow lift, or a blepharoplasty with these conditions, but they will need to be factored into the procedure as Botox can affect brow position, and assessing your lacrimal system function prior to surgery. I hope this clarifies things for you.

We don’t have set costs for surgery as each patient has different needs, and some surgeries are more extensive than others. Also, as you can see in the video, brow lifting is not always the correct procedure, so it still has to be determined in consultation if it's the right procedure for you. Consultations are by appointment only, and can be arranged by our offices to be done remotely on a one-on-one video call on Skype or FaceTime. Consultations do require a consultation fee, but the fee can be applied to the cost of treatment.

It depends on the situation. A brow lift is often combined with upper eyelid surgery, and upper eyelid surgery can replace a brow lift in certain cases when the eyes need to be opened up. I hope this clarifies things for you.

A brow lift is usually not recommended for someone your age. When a brow lift is done, it has to be done carefully to not alter facial appearance so it looks unnatural, especially at the eyebrows. What to do if the skin has shrink between the eyes and around tattoo brown after Plasmapen. The skin has been drawn down and is compressed over the thin eyelids. The eyelids is to tight now. Is it possible to leghten hard, thick skin with scars so the thin skin can be stretched out again?
