I really appreciate how you throughly explain how various treatments can affect the overall look one is trying to achieved. I especially like that you show diagrams of face muscles and explain how they work; also showing pictures of how a treatment can make a big difference . It really helps me zero in on what form of treatment I need. Itâs hard sometimes to explain to your doctor / injector whatâs bothering you and how, if possible, to achieve that specific look. Having learned a lot from you, has helped Me understand how the face anatomy works and what can be done to help our own issue; ex: if you have hooded eyes using Botox/Dysport in the right area of the muscle can create the lifting of the eye brow which in turn makes your eye lid not look so droopy or if you have small hooded eyes; treating the crows feet wrinkles as well, can make your eye look more open. Itâs all about creating symmetry and also making your patient feel better about themselves. I like your video on the lip flip by using Botox / Dysport. I had 1 syringe of lip filler 12 years ago just to see how it would look; (I have a overbite, not a huge one) while the front of my lips looks pretty good, my profile looked bad, the doctor put a lot of filler in my Vermilion border and top lip. My side profile looked like a cartoon character: âMarge Simpsonâ I guess the doctor didnât take that into consideration, I did not like the work that he did, I couldnât wait for my top to deflate. However, I really want to try the lip flip, knowing that it is subtle; creates a larger looking lip with out any filler!!!, and it helps shorten the space between the nose and lip. Thanks again to you for really explaining all of the benefits you can achieve, I am excited to try the lip flip because explained it so well, I am not afraid of trying it now. Please keep the videos coming, you should do advancing teaching to professionals so they could keep up to date with the newest techniques and explain how symmetry creates beauty. Also I love how the lip flip looks on your face, really looks balance with your bottom lip, I am hoping it will do that for me as well. đđđŒ
Hi Susan and thank you so much for your long and thoughtful comment. Iâm just curious, did you see the lip filler video as well? I would give the lip flip a try itâs ver cost-effective and you have nothing to lose. If you donât like it, it doesnât last that long., Just make sure that you go to someone experienced because if you donât feel the weakening, chances are, that you wonât see a difference. I have been slow on putting videos out but the next one I have planned is Botox to the masseter muscles. I have not been very motivated to create videos as my channel views have been dropping đ. Okay, so I've always said the most beautiful thing about a woman is her eyebrows. This video took it too a whole different level đ thank you

There is so much more than just eyebrows! While they are very important, I think some people hype them up to be everything. Glad you enjoyed the video and can appreciate that there are so many other things that come into play when it comes to having attractive eyes.
Now I finally know what my eye-shape is! I always felt that almond was not quite it. Now I understand I have an Epicanthic fold with an eyelid crease. I have yet to meet someone with my eye-shape. Thank you so much for this helpful info!

@@NaturalInjector Thank you so much! :-)
Excellent including etnithicities, because for Eg.. Nina Dobrev (she is bulgarian) did a blefaroplasthy and changed a lot her "charm".. sometimes hooded eyes gives you a youthfull charm, and sometimes ages a person
Really? Interesting I had no idea now Iâm going to look it up to see.
Echoing everyone else's comments, what an informative video! I have hooded eyes and my right eye is more hooded than my left. Lately I've noticed it being more heavy, I haven't gotten botox in over a year so that could be it. So I would need injections in my glabella to lift it, is that right?
Thanks so much for watching the video Iâm so glad you found it informative. If you felt less heavy when you had your glabella treated with Botox than not having Botox for a long time could certainly be why your eyes feel a bit more heavy now. Yes, doing Botox (or other neuromodulators) to your glabella , as opposed to your forehead (frontalis muscle) would prevent you from being able to lower your brows as much, making it feel more lifted. Correct.
Go girl ! Great video! #intelligent

Awesome. Hope it turns out well!
HI there! Great video for sure. I'd lie to have a bit of an eyebrow lift, so to clarify the injection would be across the top of the brows, or at the end of them?
Thanks! For maximum lift the whole glabella area.
I am a woman and itâs very interesting because I always feel I have fairly masculine energy and I do have slightly lower brows and the muscle above them is pretty intense sticks out a bit
Itâs so interesting how eye shapes and brow bones make for such unique looks. Have you ever gotten Botox to your glabella?

Hi! So I have monolids, would getting Botox in the glabella help that at all or will getting eyelid surgery be the best way of opening up my eyes? Thanks for your amazing videos! Appreciate you including different ethnicities and facial structures.

New subscriberđ Does 2 units under the tail of the brow help lift it?
Great question. When Iâm injecting this area I do right above the brow. If someone wants to have more of an open eyed look then itâs more important they do the whole glabella complex in my opinion, rather than just a few units in only the tail of the brow. I also think doing all of the orbicularis oris muscle can help, not just the small lateral portion. Thanks so much for subscribing! đ
I have the hooded âupsetâ eyes and my low brows is too much for me. I have really thick forehead skin, though - even my parents donât have wrinkles there - so I think the glabella might be a good future choice.
Thank you so much for these videos im extremely young and dont know anyone personally who has botox or filler so I needed to find someone whoe knew it well these videos are informative and now I really want botoxđđ not a lot just some corrective stuff

I have almond, non-hooded eyes with a medium arch. Do you thinj I be able to ask the injector if they could focus mainly on the arch/ tail of the brow, injecting botox to raise it so I can have more of a higher arch? Thank you
If you look at the before and after patients in the video, itâs not so much that Botox actually raised their brows, but it did give them less hooded and more open appearing eyes. You can ask you injector to focus more on the tails of your brow, and itâs possible to get more of an arch but sometimes ppl think that looks âspockyâ or too arched. If you get too arched or âspokyâ they can ad more Botox to address that. I always tell my patients if you get a Spock brow or Spock brows I can correct for that.
How long do Botox last for eyebrows?
I wish I could find a good injector like you in Minneapolis.
Thank you Jennifer I wish you good luck.
I've always struggled with this, as I have a fairly large forehead with thin skin and very strong prominent forehead muscles but I also have hooded eyes. I want to lift my eyebrows to relieve the hooded eyes, but I also want to inject my forehead as I have very noticeable forehead lines (when resting you can see around 5 lines, when raising my eyebrows there are many lines). Every injector I've seen says we can only do one or the other (lift eyes or soften forehead lines). Both bother me equally. I've considered filler in my forehead, but I am not sure of the best solution.
I donât think that forehead filler would do much to lift your brows. Brow lifts donât always work and I feel itâs very dependent on how much hooding you have to your eyes.
I probably won't get a response but I have hooded eyes, and they are VERY similar to the client at 8:17 (like I have almost the exact complaints too). I wanna know what to ask for at my injector, how many units did she get? My right eye is also more hooded than the left, were more units put on the right side? Thanks
Your injector will have to make the decision as to how many she/he feels that you need but I would just keep in mind, if you have a low brow position and hooded eyes like the case of the client in 8:17, I would just be careful about doing too many units in your frontalis or forehead, especially if you have a short forehead. I believe she got around 16 units of Botox.
I did both areas & it raised my brows too much. It finally settled in after a month.
Glad you liked it after it setlled
Very helpful! Question: How do I find a skilled esthetician near me to administer Botox and fillers?
Iâm not sure where you are located but in the US (where I reside). Estheticians cannot administer Botox and fillers. PAâs, NPâs, RNâs, and MDâs can.
I have hooded eyes AND a lazy eye. The lazy eye side has a lot more excess skin and people often say I have a winking look because the right side is always much more open. I would LOVE to get surgery, but for now, due to cost, I am trying Botox. My first injections ever are tomorrow and I'm really excited! And to note, my left eye is physically smaller than my right eye, too. I don't think there is anything that can be done for that, but I would still love for them to be as symmetrical as possible.
Skylar Rae Lemme know how it goes. Keep me posted
@@NaturalInjector So it's been almost a week and the Botox is great! It's doing exactly what I had hoped it would do for my left side. It did hurt though, but I also have a low pain tolerance. I had a bad experience where I went. I paid for 20 injections and I know I didn't get 20 injections. I believe it was around 7 or 8. I didn't say anything because I only realized it on my way home. She didn't put any Botox on the right side of my brow or forehead. So when my brows are raised in shock or surprise, my right one moves, and I feel like it looks terrible and weird like that. In a state of rest, it looks great though. I called the place I went to on Thursday expressing how displeased I was with how high up my right brow goes now when I make any expression that raises them. They told me they can't evaluate it until ten days have passed. I also had a lump on my forehead from where the first injection was done. I now know that's normal, but had no clue at first.
Skylar Rae Itâs true that Botox takes around 14 days to fully kick in. Also I think you may be mixing up the âinjectionsâ vs the amount of units. Every injection point DOES NOT necessarily equate with one unit. Most of the time multiple units are used at one injection point. I would review my video on âHow many units of Botox will you need.â
Ooooh! Thank you for clearing that up for me. I had considered it might work like that, but wasn't going to ask until my next visit with them. I appreciate your help a lot!
I have round eyes and a high browbone (and relatively prominent for a woman) but I have a lot skin around my upper eyelids so my eyes have a very deep crease, that really deep crease is inconvenient when I do make-up, I have to apply eyeliner techniques for hooded eyes even though mine aren't technically hooded but the crease is so deep that it drastically changes the shape of my eyeliner when I look up vs down.
I'm not sure if botox would help in my case, I'm young (only 28) but maybe in the future some upper eyelid skin removal might be more suitable for me?
Great question Eva. It sounds like an upper may indeed benefit you. There is also a new product called Upneeq that you can try that can be helpful for droopy eyelids. Itâs new.
I have fat hooded eyes and horizontal forehead wrinkles is it possible to treat both?
Yes but you probably have to go very light to the forehead depending on how much hooding and also the size of your forehead.
Hello! So if I got this correct, you do not have to always inject the frontalis with botox. So I can just have my 11's treated?
Yes you can totally inject just your 11âs
Hi I'm a girl with a very prominent brow bone or brow bossing. I got it from my dad haha.
Any tips on what I should get to reduce it or just go for brow reduction surgery?
Hi! Botox to your glabella may help the appearance of your brow bone because it can soften the area, and you may like not making the angry face if you have a strong brow . The only thing that can reduce the brow bone though would be brow reduction surgery. Hope that helps!
I have very big round eyes. I like how botox makes them look more almond.
T M H Me too! Thatâs why I love Botox in my forehead (frontalis). đ€
So weird⊠I wish I had big round eyes instead of almond shape! We all want what we donât have! đ
I get dynamic wrinkles under my eyes when I smile. How can this be treated? Microtox doesn't do anything since it's the cheek muscle causing it.
Yes the cheek muscle can definitely contribute to wrinkles under the eyes and I tell my patients that Botox is not going to completely eliminate all the wrinkles underneath the eyes but with that being said, Botox or other neuromodulators can definitely help. If you take a look at this before and after gallery here:
www.naturalinjector.com/beforeandafter?category=Botox%2FDysport
you can observe how Botox can help lessen the wrinkles under the eyes. You will find a picture of me on this gallery, I treated my under eyes.
Im like the second lady,i have a high eyebrow position, hooded eyes,i feel like my eyes are looking tired in all pics, there is so much space between my eyebrows and my eyes, yet my eyes look small and sleepy.I also have forehead lines,so where should botox be given in my case to make my eyes look bigger and more open, and look less tired?thank u
Itâs difficult for me to give advice without seeing your face. Botox can in some cases make your eyes appear larger but in other cases it doesnât make much difference. Also not sure who you are referring to with the Second Lady because one had high brows and non hooded very open eyes, and the other had a lower brow position with more hooding.
so where are you actually injecting to get the eye to appear more open?
The video explains that the glabella complex is where you want to treat because it prevents you from being able to depress your brows downward.
Can you lift both corners of lips that the corners turn down? Everyone thinks I'm angry all the time
If you are referring to the upper lip corners that can invert then yes. There is also something called marionette lines that go from the corners of the mouth and go down to the chin/jawline area that can make people look sad because they turn the corners of the mouth down. If itâs this that you are referring to a lip flip will not help with that. For marionette lines you would need filler.
Iâd love more information as to where you injected Botox and how many units you used per injection on the older woman to treat forehead wrinkles, the 11âs and crowâs feet. This is exactly what I need, and I love her results.
Hi Maria. I used around 10-12 units on her forehead (frontalis muscle). Around 16-20 units on her glabella (11âs) and around 20 units for both crows feet. I canât remember exactly but that should be close.
I want to get rid of sagging eyelids n folded skin on my eys
Depending on how much laxity you have to your eyelid skin will determine surgical vs no surgical treatment options.
Exact Same eye shape as you! High brow position, round surprised look and I also don't like it. I've had a doctor on realself tell me I have a "recessed upper brow bone that sits back further than most people" and I have looked into getting fillers in my upper eyelid but it looked like it has to be done by a really skilled doctor and I think in Oregon where no doctor has even heard of that type of filler lol
Is it possible to do botox in forehead to lower the brows but at the same time treat the 11's? Mine are really bad. Thanks!
Thanks for watching the video. Botox to your forehead (frontalis muscle) will prevent you from raising your brows as high, which aids to a more relaxed look. If you donât want to get the âbrow liftâ then just have your injector treat the very central area of your glabella and avoid the lateral areas. I do this for patients who are just bothered by their 11âs.
@@NaturalInjector awesome thank you!
@@brooklove90 Do you have an IG account? I can tag you in my stories and answer your question.
I don't mind the wide open un intelligent look , I'm 63 and my eye lids are quite heavy now. So I don't mind looking stupid lol đđđ
đ đ thanks for sharing.
Love the video but I was told if you but Botox in your 11âa area you will absolutely lower your brows? Now you are saying itâs basically the opposite! I canât get Botox because my eyes look more hooded and heavy , my brows look lower and I just look older. I wish I knew where to go to get Botox and it helps me look better not worse! Where are you located?
Botox in your glabella should not lower your brows. Los Angeles California
Hi, I feel not relaxed and I use to raise my eyebrows, because when I raise them I look good. Otherwise I look angry. So I wanted search if There is a way to treat it?
Sorry Iâm trying to understand your question. What is it you would like to treat? Usually people look angry when they make the angry face or scorn, which means they activate the glabella muscle which descends our brows. If you treat this area with Botox or another neuromodulator then it will be more difficult to make the angry face. You can treat this area (glabella- in between the brows) without treating the Frontalis muscle which raises the brows.

Thank u for your reply, I want a little bit lift the front, under forehead, in the middle of eyebrows. Which I feel is making my face more better. I am also trying to explain đ I hope u got it now
@@hamed389 Well in that case you should focus on the glabella area (in between brows). đ
Unfortunately I have hooded eyes but very arched eyebrows
Are u in Australia?
No Iâm in the US
I got botox last week and my eyebrows aren't arched anymore. They're just straight. Like male brows.
The eyelids are swollen, like I'm recently woke up and slept bad. My eyebrows are heavy as well. Such a headache. I look mad, sad and tired đđ what can I do??? Please
I think that the best thing you can do is contact the provider who did your treatment and let them know whatâs going on. Did you have a follow up appointment with them to compare your photos?
I have hooded eyes and a heavy brow bone /strong ridge and when they inject between my eyebrows and that area all it does is give me Neanderthal brow and make my eyes disappear. It gets rid of wrinkles but doesnât lift at all and looks horrible. But when I say this they still inject in the same spot. I donât know what to do pls help!! Where should they inject instead??
Do they inject your forehead too? That could cause your eyes to look a little heavy which some people describe as looking more Neanderthal-ish. Another thing could be that since you say that your brow ridge is strong, when you get rid of the wrinkles with toxin, your eyes would then be drawn to your brow bone, because the lines were what your eyes were drawn to before. Does this make sense?
@@maornotbeme glad you had a good experience with it!
@@maornotbeme will have to ask about that. I know Iâve never had it injected there
how bad does it hurt? and can you be put asleep if you want to?
Hi Hannah. It really doesnât hurt that much at all. We donât put people to sleep for Botox because itâs just an injection. Itâs not surgery.

What is the average cost to receive Botox treatments - raising eyebrows?
It ranges, probably between $208-$324 depending on how much someone charges per unit. Keep in mind this is just a range. Check out my video on âHow many units of Botox will I need.â
What do you suggest for round, protruding eyes with high set brows and hooded lids? Will Botox at the end of the brow make the eyes look more almond and lift the hooding? I donât want them to look even biggerđ„Ž
I donât think so. Iâve never seen any lift from Botox to just the tail end of the brow. Since you mentioned your eyes are round and protruding, have you looked into your thyroid?
@@NaturalInjector thanks for your reply. I did, no thyroid issues. Iâm of Ethiopian descent itâs just genetic. Trying to avoid orbital decompression, but it bothers me.
@@86msmason oh ok. Itâs really hard for me to give advice without seeing your eyes but in general it may lower the brow a bit and make the eyes look less open but that would not make the hooding less, if anything it may be more hooded,

Hi! Informative video! How many units of Botox did you use on the patient featured @8:54?
I believe around 16 or 18 units
@@NaturalInjector Thank you! :)
Is it okay to treat the glabella muscles alone? Or does the forehead need to be treated a little along with this? Could one maybe end up having too much of an open eyes look if the forehead muscles were the only ones working and the glabella was treated alone?
@@musicbyswati Yes you can absolutely treat the glabella area on itâs own. Itâs possible if you have very open eyes already and you have a strong frontalis. You can always try the Glabella area first and then if you feel you have too much of an open eye look then treat your frontalis.
Thank you once again! :) I actually have a medium/lower brow position and not very open eyes similar to the person mentioned at 8:54. I also tend to make the thinking/angry face as a longtime habit. I wouldnât say that my frontalis is super smooth or anything. I was just leaning towards treating the glabella and crows feet area alone because of the results I saw in your video with the brow lift and wanted to keep my units to a minimum since this is my first time getting Botox. :) But the injector I met mentioned that doing so may lead to too much of an open eyed look. She suggested a total of 40 units including all the forehead/around the eyes areas. If you also treated the frontalis at the same time, how many units may you use? Thank you!!
I have quiteone droopy eye lid, one my right eye, it's always annoyed me as it makes my eyes look very asymmetrical, would boxot fix that?
Hi there. Thanks for watching the video! Iâm not sure what you mean by a quiteone droopy eyelid? Also I cannot really advise if Botox can possibly help your eyelids without seeing you. Do you live in LA?
@@NaturalInjector I don't live in LA unfortunately but when I'm old enough I could definitely fly over for the procedure, and I'm sorry, I mean one of my eye lids is droopy while the other one isn't, and could botox help with evening them out?
@@cennix Possibly. Itâs really difficult to say without seeing you. If you remember in the video the first model (patient) who got Botox actually had one eyelid that was more hooded than the other and she had good results, but it all depends.
@@NaturalInjector alright thank you! I will message you again in a few years I hope! Thank you again for the amazing videoâĄ
@@cennix sounds good!
Around how much is this Botox
It varies based on the area of injection, based on the person and price per unit. I cannot tell you an exact price.
Will I get charged again if I ask my doctor to fix the spok eye look! I look evil! My brows lift only on the end and now my eyes are more hooded and the skin on my eyes pulls the sides because the outer muscles on my brow still lift but not the inside of my brow! Itâs awful! When I put my eyeshadow on I have way more hooded lids. I also had my neck bands done and I see no results. He did my lips and they are crooked. Ugh! Heâs been doing these injections since 2003. This is my first time
Kristen Jawor-Brady Hi Kristen. Your doctor will most likely be able to correct the âspokâ eye look. As for if you are gonna get charged thatâs up to them. I always tell patients should you get a âspokâ look I can correct that by adding additional units to the corresponding area of the frontalis thatâs causing it. I would get in contact with him and let him know Iâm sure he will be able to help and you can compare pictures to evaluate the issue.
Natural Injector .. thank you ! I appreciate your reply! đ„° today is worse. My eye lids wonât go up at all. Is it normal to have no control of my brow at all? I fear he will just lower the end brow. Now I have to lift my brow just to put eye shadow on? Will I have to just deal with that until it wears off? Itâs awful.
Kristen Jawor-Brady Hi Kristen. It sounds like maybe you were treated to your frontalis muscle, the muscle that raises your brows. I donât know when you got treated but it takes around 2 weeks for neuromodulators to fully kick in so you may be noticing more changes depending on when you were treated. I would contact your doctor who performed the treatment as he knows how many units and where you were treated.
Natural Injector thank You for taking the time to respond. Much appreciated
I feel like I keep having to lift my eyebrows
Are you in California?
