I don't know if you covered this in your video, but would it be possible to do a browlift only for one (asymmetric) eyebrow? I have a right lower eyebrow that is also causing the right eyelid to be droopy. It's not eyelid ptosis per se, from my understanding, because I maintain good elevating function in my eyelid. But it truly does look like brow ptosis.

Dr. I noticed that another surgeon mentioned that he does not make an incision when doing the lower eyelid. He takes out the fat pad from inside the eye and does laser resurfacing on the outside. He said that if you remove the skin from the lower eyelid it just pulls and stretches the eyelid again. Any explanation would help. Thank you.

Can you define what’s a “really droopy brow”? Can it be measured objectively ?
If you get a direct and upper but not the lower and you are over 50 have no lower bags just some gravity skin will it look ok to do the top two only and not bottom or you would need to do all

Is someone with mild dry eyes a good candidate?
Blepharoplasty is usually risky for dry eyes. Brow lift should not affect the closing of your eyelids, and therefore, is usually fine. If any procedure leaves you unable to fully close your eyes, obviously this would be detrimental to your dry eyes.

Why is it some ppl get this done and there eyes look unnatural, like surprised.
Asian eyes is more difficult
