We stole the cat from the very beginning cause the mayor is a lil nuts. That's why the paw prints are at every job we do, cause she's just helping us clean by testing how nasty it is out there.
I think the reason no one could find Ulysses is because she deliberately snuck into our van in the Back Garden job, because no one, not even the Mayor, knew she was a she, and the van was the best place to have her kittens.
@@MasonShmason That's actually really sweet. Since she apparently didn't feel safe with the mayor (can't really blame her there), she stuck with us throughout the game and everything that happened. Everyone likes the pressure washer, after all.

I just finished the game a few minutes ago, and wow. I don't think anyone expected the game to have a story, let alone a GOOD story. This is genuinely one of the best credit sequences I've ever seen in any game. Sad to see it end, but happy I was there to experience it. I can't believe this beautiful and fun game is about a fucking pressure washer bro

There is a free Tomb Raider-themed level pack out, with a Final Fantasy VII (Remake?) pack on the way.
They recently came out with a paid DLC. Centering around SpongeBob of all properties. And from a roadmap, they showed for 2023 there's more to come.
It was broken down into quarters. From what the roadmap showed it was
Q2- A big update, Update 1.2.0
Paid DLC, and a release for physical copies.
Q3- Free content, a second paid DLC as well as some exciting news.
Then, Q4 showed Paid DLC a third time as well as seasonal content that will be free.
The physical release happened back in April. And far as I know SpongeBob is currently the only paid DLC. I would guess more DLC might be soon. I'd say if things do not get changed around too much. Then there might be another DLC in mid or late August, maybe in September even. And then well seasonal content seems like it'd fit right around October, and the latter half of this year. Plus, Christmas seems like it would be a solid time for the third DLC.
I have heard they called the big update The Muckingham Files. Which added new bonus jobs., Being Satellite Dish, Food Truck, and Solar Station. Apparently, all three have more lore to them. Not sure if they do, as I haven't done them yet. But it does make me wonder if they will try a kind of story-related DLC. Or if it's just going to be more crossovers with other big properties. Kind of thinking crossover seeing as it was Tomb Raider, FF, and now SpongeBob. Plus can't lie would be kind of interesting to see what they pick and how they could get creative with what exactly the jobs would be.
Just to add onto this, they've added another paid dlc now for back to the future. The game is still getting new content for now !
I've been spending my whole time playing worrying about Ulysses because, well, due to trauma, cats getting hurt or lost is immensely upsetting. Finding out she's not only ok, but winds up in the player character's care, makes me so happy.
Such a beautiful cat, now raising her little ones ♥️🥰
Not to mention her kittens too.
And it was at the credits, that I realized this game had a story.
I brought this game as a joke just to waste a bit of time powerwashing some vehicles and houses for an easy platinum trophy.
I had no idea there would be actual lore, an actual story and for cats to be included in the package!
What other game can you say you were powerwashing an ancient temple that foretold every single one of your job contracts, while watching a volcano almost erupt while also being shot at by a fighter jet?
Seeing everything you washed at the end makes it truely beutiful😢

Only in this game will you experience the joys of washing things for a living, uncover an illegal mining plot, save the world from a dinosaur level extinction and become a cat parent.
Also I'm totally headcannoning that Ulysses and her kitties (which I'm calling Sponge and Flannel) travel with you after the game as a company mascot even in places like Croft Manor, Midgar and Bikini Bottom
I love this game and I'm so happy I finished it, even though it feels like a bitter-sweet goodbye.

Man, this game was such a chill and nice game. I can back to it yesterday not knowing they had an update and the finished the game this morning, it was sad to see it’s over but it was such a nice and simple game. I loved it

Man.. so.. I finally got around to doing that last job, not realizing it was the last job, then I get the jet firing at me, to then be taken out by the flying saucer, to which I was all " o_o" to it all, then.. the Credits, and this song. Me: What..?? No... it's over?! But.. but.."
I love it when indie games have a little song at the end! Reminds me of Quantum Conundrum's "Flip A Switch"

I'm glad that a copy of the credits is up on CZcams... mainly because my game CRASHED after I completed the final level X'D Was stuck on a screen with a faint logo for a few seconds, and then I had to send a PS5 error report!

Just came out of the emotional roller coaster that was the post credits scene. Had to put down my own cat in the middle of playing career mode when she was always by my side when I played. It rained inside today.

It's possible that the cat ended up making its nest in the back of the van without the character knowing.
(Added) Realized that because of how big the kittens are, this cat had given birth a while ago before making itself comfortable in the back of the van.
I like to think the character/player found the cat in the marina when cleaning the boat and kept her safe in their van until they could give her back to the mayor
For a power washing game the story is actually really quite good
The mayor told us to just keep the cat if we found it
It really blew my mind that this game had lore. But am i the only one who found the game uncanny at first? Because lets be real, doing powerwashing and not there being a single living soul around you seems a little odd. Also at the end was somehow such a heartwarming moment.
