    Is it really a cap on number of affordable projects in each sector? I doubt because currently 5 or 6 projects ongoing in Sector 95.

    Sir, I disagree, when there are more houses rental income will decrease as people have many options. Than monopoly will go down. But yes prices will definitely increase for the property.
    Rental of some good locations will increase only.
