You say you considered location rather then builders. if this is the case then how Pivotal paradise sec 62; expresswsay towers sec 109 and midtown sec 59 are out of top 10. they are commanding huge premiums roughly doubled even before their possessions. I keep on watching your all videos and liked them very much. Moreover at present top two affordable builders are Signature and Pyramid. there is not a single pyramid project in your top 10 list.

Society is just adjacent to the cemetery. the builder is charging very high maintenance and electricity charges and society is not even maintained that good.
