Key reasons 1) Gurgaon market is driven by migrants fron Delhi and NRIs .. both want luxury else whats the point of living in Gurgaon (if you have to live in pigeon holes, mumbai delhi are better, no)? 2) It is cheaper to make large flats with large rooms and fewer walls then to increase the loading factor. On a per sq ft basis, this increases profitability. So while the party lasts it is preferable to sell premium high ticket projects than to reduce flat size. A time will come when this demand will wane off and small flats will be introduced. But that is still a few years away.

In Gurugram builder's are constructed 2 BHK flats without any approval, no MCG BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL, NO DTCP APPROVAL, DOING REGISTRY IN NUMBER 2, corrently no registry and electrical supply by government . Please suggest should we have to buy these type of flats. They are charging carpet area 750 Sq ft but doing registry for 550 Sq ft. I don't know the real reason behind this.
