Not going to lie,a bit of a let down. Thought this might be a sequel to the 2018 film Upgrade. Like maybe the cybernetics brought back his dead wife somehow...🤗

Nope, but there are *Daleks* roughly 250 metres away just across the road, which is also around 100 metres away from where *Doctor Who* had an exclusive premiere. *Upgraded* (2024) - Filmed in *Bradford City Hall* like many many more productions. *National Science and Media Museum* - Contains Europe's first *IMAX,* the *Pictureville Cinema* which is currently the only place in the world where you can watch *Cinerama* films, the tiny 100 seater *Cubby Broccoli Cinema,* the world's first camera, the world's first TV, the world's first colour images, many more world firsts, and many things from film and TV like *Daleks.* *Bradford Odeon* soon to be reopened after 24 years as *Bradford Live* - 1 of just 8 places in the country which premiered the *Doctor Who* Christmas Special *Twice Upon a Time* before it was broadcast on TV.
What accent is Marisa Tomei attempting, and probably failing? The truth of the matter is, it doesn't really help a woman to lie like this. This is especially true if she is young and pretty, as this woman is. Men lie more than women because men feel more pressure to impress women. And whatever a person's "liability" is, men are much more likely to just accept it in women.
By the end of the movie she'll figure out that just being herself should be enough for this guy. And we'll all learn a lesson about being true to ourselves.🥱
she finally graduated high school!
They had me at "Marisa"
It’s as if Hallmark Channel thought, “Hey, let’s redo ‘The Devil Wears Prada’” for every simpleton teenage girl living in Reseda.
Yeah, that's what I thought too. Dime store Devil Wears Prada with a more diverse cast.
Omg Mariss AND Lena Olin? Omg I'm freaking out
Nothing like a little art world Horatio Alger story crossed with a romance novel.
Such an esoteric reference; I like it.
This reminds me of Not Okay (2022) but the protagonist is more likeable I guess

I was going to say the same thing lol. The Devil Wears Prada: Gen Z Edition
If you live long enough, you'll see the same stories retold over and over.
Fun
naming dropping Hannah Montana at 1:52 is epic!
can't tell if I am happy or feeling old?
LIKEEEEE
I have never seen Andrew Schultz in a movie before. Probably not his first, but it's good to see him. I discovered him on MTV's Guy Code, very funny.😂
Marisa Tomei giving me HANS RUBER(Alan Rickman) vibes from Die Hard.
