    Thank you for another great workout! Just wondering, do you have any exercise suggestions (pilates or anything else) for those suffering from hiatal hernia? I always love your workouts and modify them to remove inversions, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do. The hands-free workouts are always nice :) Thanks again!

      I have 10 hernias and healed myself through movement and diet: walking, swimming, light yoga and sciatic nerve stretches, all warm ups/ downs from Madfit and alcaline diet😎

    My 7 and 9 year old daughters just did this with me. There was much complaining "this is hard" during the bridge exercises... I'm wondering the short shorts are family friendly? 😜
