So basically TSA in our country failed and didn't identify the ammunition in his luggage. But TSA on the island found it? Seems to be a big break down in a system that is supposed to be standardized. Yet, didn't he unpack his bag during his trip to find it prior to trying to leave the island? Lots of questions hear unanswered.

Why not empty all luggage thoroughly and completely after every trip? Check it again as well as every item before putting it in suitcase. Very irresponsible the husband left bullets in the luggage from the last "trip". Shows he's not keeping track of his ammo. Maybe he will learn a good lesson from this, and as his wife,i would have made sure the bags were checked before packing and checking every item, pants and jacket pockets, etc before putting it in there.
