no "Show to Pay" option for me
Now that I know how PayPal works, I wish I would've used this sooner! I've had it since 2019 and I'm just now actually using it. PayPal is amazing! Thanks for the helpful video and heads-up on the get paid portion haha
PayPal does not work at the Walmart in Washington, Utah. I did exactly what this video instructed, but the checkout at Walmart only allowed Walmart Pay. They referred me to the customer service desk and the resident expert said that she had never (ever) helped or heard of anyone using PayPal to pay at Walmart. She had seen people try Apple Pay, which also does not work at our Walmart. So check with your store before you fill your cart up.
Did the scanner not work on your QR code?

can i use the balance on my paypal account (not on a card or my bank account, just whats sitting there in paypal only) to pay in person or do i have to use money from a linked bank account or credit card?
You can choose during the transaction to use your PayPal account balance. Many options
It's a very good deal, currently you have to pay 1.5% + £0.10 per transaction over £10.00, and lower fees for transactions £10.00 and under. Meaning if you get £10 from someone, you'll get paid £10 -0.15 -0.10=£9.75 or if you get paid £100 -1.50 -0.10 = £98.40
I'm gonna go insane figuring out why there is only 3 buttons at the bottom of my screen instead of 4

when u open the app, look at the top right corner and you’ll see a small qr code icon. from there, you’ll see the options

I live in Orlando and the same thing happened to me. I called customer service previously and they claimed that 7-11 did accept it, and that was a lie. I encountered the same situation you did.

It would be nice to have a list of stores where we can use “show to pay”. This would be the easiest way to benefit from the PayPal Credit free financing to shop on Amazon by buying Amazon gift cards. PayPal doesn’t allow you to use PayPal Credit as a funding source for PayPal Cash Card MasterCard debit card or PayPal Key. Can you please make a new video of all the stores that currently accept “show to pay”?

What they don’t tell you is the 21 day hold time they put on your money unless you are willing to go bother your customer after they already pay and got their service, to open their app and confirm the purchase…I like PayPal but they need to easy this up, You do not have this issues with Venmo
