My mother recently had a conversation with me about how displeased she was with me for not attending church and teaching my child about Jesus Christ. I remember the feeling of growing up in the church, the unanswered questions, the confusion I felt, the disbelief as adults tried to convince me that a man walked on water, or threw a stick down that turned into a snake. As a logical, scientific thinker, that would be illogical to teach my child about a man in heaven who will one day come down and save us. Absolutely not!

This subject is not so cut and dry Muta. This is a touchy one which you are not saying enough to clarify.
Faith is conviction and believe is one, you believe in God believe in me also, so if you faith is as small as mustard seed you can move mountain, a mustard seed is 💯 pure not because of the size but because of is absolute naturalness, so now if you know that water is liquid and if you put it in a pan with hole it go leak out , you know that’s faith with conviction aka experience, so is the same naturalness with bible religion and prophecy because you can teach a man religion you cannot teach prophecy because prophecy can only be experienced by each individual , religion you can teach that secular about a man name Jesus two thousand years ago witch is idolatry, but prophecy can only be experienced that’s how faith as to come in and believe because it is spiritual and not physical so yeah
Jesus says, "Wisdom is justified by her children" - meaning, people who put natural wisdom above faith can always find a reason not to believe. The principles of natural faith are different from those of Supernatural faith - Natural faith (faith of nature) is based on historical evidence - For example when go to work you believe that the boss is going to pay you. The purpose of natural faith is to accomplish natural things and the purpose of supernatural faith is to accomplish super natural things - They cross path but they don't mix. You are trying to use the natural principles of 'The faith of nature' to analyze supernatural faith and that is why you can, and will never appreciate or dare to ever know the power and value of supernatural faith.

Jah/God isn't superficial me Never doubt Jah /God Mankind is fickle and sometimes changeable But Never God. its our own knowledge that allows us to distinguish the difference enabling us to read between the lines knowing that just because people actions are corrupt and sometimes cruel it doesn't mean that is the way of the creator ! No matter how they try to link behaviour and actions. by association with religion .for what Ever Agenda they may have. One must know the difference by the understanding of Love and togetherness that being the common denominator set for us to follow at the end of the day Not Hate nor discriminate behaviour . which in actuality is something set By man/woman to set each other apart for as long as we fight over This and That .we overlook the Love we should be sharing in reality. Time could be better spent.
I think what elder Mutabaruka is saying is to evade blind faith. But there is a faith that is substantiated by a pattern of interaction or inference based on available evidence. The ability to read the times is a matter of faith but it is substantiated by patterns in the universe.
