I believe there are manipulation but not to the extent of not believing in the Bible?
Some of what you're saying the same Bible you condemn predict what is going to happen in the last days
If black people turn from the God of Creation Where and Who is there guidance?
Well might as well they stay with the white man.
You're blaspheme the work's of the Creator.

Point is we, Africans in The Diaspora need a collective history and a collective spiritual discourse, otherwise we don 't really exist outside slavery. I find this a difficult problem to tackle. I love that Marcus Garvey quote, and as Muta has stated on numerous occasions; man is searching for himself thereby using the bible to validate his existence from past-creation to present experience and after life. If one doesn't believe or understand faith, is it fair to judge someone negatively based on their individual experience with faith? Does one have to be a Christian to accept how the bible defines faith?

    Mutabaruka has spoken Truth.
If you listen keenly to his words, you will realise that they do come from a place of Love.
No one is coming to save you. We are mirrors of one another - We are the Change that we expect to see.
The sooner people realise this, the better.
The earlier people begin researching and writing their own authentic stories, the better.
Failure to define ourselves only presents an opportunity for others to define us - much to our detriment.

In reality the Phoenicians exposed the Greeks to advance linguistics, however the Phoenicians learned alphabet and writing from Kemet while trading with Northern Africa. Alexander the Greek used that information to invade Egypt..he wanted to know where all that linguistic art came from.
This is the reason the Greeks were so interested in Egypt. Homer, Socrates and Plato, all studied in Egypt. The Greeks destroyed the library of Alexandria and salvaging much of the information they gathered there.
With the exception of the written scrolls, the first translation from those scrolls was the Guttenberg biblio that was written in Greek. The operative question is, how were the Greeks so proficient at interpreting and deciphering an Aramaic language that had no vowels. How did they become foremost authority in such a task? They were Johnny come lately when it came down to linguistics.
They were also NOT inspired men of God but rather tyrants and conquerors. History denoted this. They were very militaristic people as well as the Romans. They conspired and influenced the world.
I read somewhere in this thread where someone wants us to overlook the messenger and focus on the message. I beg to differ, the source of the information should never be ignored. That is ignorance.

New testament written in Greek, Marcus Garvey book which you quote is written in English. Also a European language, so u should reject it too no? Focus on message. Also understand black history can be found in ancient Greece even white historians admit this. For example Aesop the so called Greek storyteller was an Ethiopian slave in Greece, despite what you may have heard... people associate his fables with greeks but it comes from an ethiopian mind... stop thinking ancient black history is confined to africa and african langauges. Even biblically speaking the black hebrews were sold into Greek captivity. "The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border" Joel 3:6. Some u rasta will say Judah has nothing to with you as an African, but in the next breath proceed to hail Selassie who is called the Lion of JUDAH lol. Carrying Selassies name and hailing Selassie whilst ignoring his Biblical teachings and heritage... Confusion!

Man is god. As the god you believe in hasn’t been too successful with the world he/she/It “created” either.

@@CeeceeH1819 Well according to your belief the world includes the people in it as well. So your point makes no sense. Man is both god and devil. He can make it better or worse and only him alone. Not no sky god as you believe in.
