It’s another beautiful day and today we are making our favorite agua fresca because everyone deserves to enjoy a cold and refreshing horchata, this recipe is super easy and let me tell you it’s seriously the best now the trick to have a smooth horchata depends on your blender as well as straining, no horchata should have a powdery taste or feeling it should go down smooth so make sure you blend for a good amount of time to pulverize the rice as well as making sure it gets strained correctly ☺️💕 I hope you enjoy it as much as we do and if you do please let me know in the comments and if you new here, welcome, become part of our family it is FREE, just hit that subscribe bottom ☺️ I promise you, you will not regret it ♥️ love you all thank you again got joining us today!

PRO TIP!!!!
✅blend until rice is pulverized
✅add more water to dilute if you want it less concentrated
✅use a cheesecloth to prevent powdery/grainy texture
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup long grain white rice such as mahatma
1 large cinnamon stick
4 cups boiling water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 cups milk
2 additional cups of water(optional or you can use 6 cups milk only)
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
Lots of ice when serving
1 serving of love 💕

Just made this recipe and it turned out fantastic! I made it once sticking to the original recipe, and it came out amazing. My whole family loved it! The second time around I made it with almonds added to the cinnamon rice mixture and it came out fantastic, tasted a little softer and less strong on the cinnamon. Thank you so much! Definitely the best recipe I’ve seen so far!

@@mariagamarro8210 I did this two nights ago and the rice never softened so I left it two whole days/ night and it’s still hard. I started over today and left it on my counter for 4 hours so far and it’s starting to soften 😮
@@thelma367 it doesn’t have to be soft to the touch, I literally left it for 8 hours and it wasn’t soft and it still taste amazing!

My nephew wanted agua de horchata. I personally don’t like horchata, but you are right, the rice and cinnamon do smell good together.
