I love your car bro! The last real inline 6 bmw with hydraulic steering.. electric just can’t beat the feel. This is truly the ultimate driving machine in my opinion

Great car ! but always has at least one fault

I service mine every 3'000 Km/h because the water pumps are known to break easy
Also make sure to check your I-Drive checklist
Make sure to run on high performance oil that is recommended for this model make sure you always use the same high octane fuel
Get your spark plugs changed after a few thousand and your air filter make sure timing belts are okay and always check coolant resaver tank is at least half filled I don't even go below half you'll notice that after a fresh service it performs alot better slight increment in power you won't be putting out full power if you haven't serviced on time

Muldix asi ti děkuji, že během dvou dnů a shlédnutí tvého videa recenze F11 530d (auto co jsme chtěli ještě včera kupovat) a potom projetí a tvůj komentář E90 330i N52B30 (auto co jsme chtěli ještě včera prodávat) jsem přehodnotil svůj postoj. SOuhlasím, že je tohle auto a ten motor opravdu úžasný a důvod proč jsem si ho před lety kupoval, byl taky mimo jiné ten, že jsem v něm viděl potencionál v podobě investice do budoucna. Bohužel, BMW už pár let atmosférické R6 nedělá a tento byl opravdu poslední. Dával se do E90 i modernější N53B30 s 200kW, ale N52B30 se montovala na některých trzích do 730i jako výchozí motorizace. ;-) JEště jednou děkuji!!!

ive got an e92 07 n52 with the modified engine, imo one the best r6 sounds in the world and still to this day an absolute beatiful car
What mods do u have?
@@Eviligor007 i havent done any mods by myself, the engine in the e92 itself is a bit different then the one in the e90 you can look it up on the internet, also the engine in the e92 was only produced from 2005-2007 then it got the n53 engine, so the n52 is rare engine too

I've driven my E92 N52B30 for the past 9 years, very reliable, not a single problem. However, this is my second car, I only do 5.000 km a year.

@@a.i14p yes there is a significant difference, N52B25 has 218 hp and 270Nm, N52B30 has 272 hp and 320 Nm.
I really wish I had taken the time to search for a manual when I bought my e90 looks a lot more fun to drive! I don’t think this gen has the best auto transmission, still love the car though! Nice video man

@@longnaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaameopen diff does not cause understeer it prevents oversteer caused by power, a welded diff causes understeer and side note this car is a sedan not a sportscar it is setup to understeer under heavy lateral acceleration to prevent accidents like any other normal road car if youd change the geometry of the suspension it wouldnt understeer but instead oversteer which is harder for most people to recover from

How heavy is the steering wheel? It looks fine in this video. I test drove an 06 and it felt like it didn't even have power steering. Some BMW enthusiasts say this is normal.

In good condition it’s not heavy.
it is heavy by itself, really direct, i love it and i own a 325i manual 218hp, its amazing to feel the road

Still a great car today by modern standard. I still drive and enjoy my E92 330i 272hp. I don't need anything else for a solid all around package with a fun and involving experience. The port injection N'A in-line six is very reliable and these cars are so cheap these days. Just avoid the direct injection 330i or even worse the 335i turbo.

hi i follow your video and i am hesitating for a bmw e91 330 i with 258 HP or a 330 d remap 300 cv 600 nm . in term of fun to drive which one is the best ? i live in France and there is many auto flash by police so we are looking for sensation more than performance.
330i!!! Petrol engines are much more exciting; diesels sound average and their power ends at 4000rpm, where the petrol is just beginning to bring the power on and will scream it's way up to 7000rpm.
330i for sure, it’s crazy fun

Michal Mikus pokud jezdim 4 a víc tisíc km měsíčně, beru 330d, jinak určitě ne. Tenhle benzín je daleko ryzejší, lepší a ano, zábavnější. Auto je s ním taky o poznání lehčí, míň se houpe a o odezvě na plyn ani nemluvím. 330d je super cestovatel, ale do tý správný sportovnější trojky to má prostě daleko.

super video. Vím že se to nehodí řešit u r6 3.0l benzinu, ale zajímala by mě reálná dlouhodobá spotřeba tohoto motoru od lidí kteří ho používají na každodenní ježdění. díky

Buy a 325i same engine as a 330i only difference is a remap and a different intake manifold (n52/n53) I have 325i n53 and it's unreal!!!
The 330i is 25% more powerful.
272hp vs 218hp, 320nM vs 270nM. Significant difference.
I know this is late but I had a 325i. Rubbish compared to 330i. Faulty piston rings and valve stem seals. The 330i is better in every measure, it is worth it.

Fun drive 330i or 330d?
330d has more torque at lower revs so suppose it feels more powerful than not turbocharged petrol engine
always petrol cars.. diesel gives you the kick at the start but its slowing down at 3k revs when petrol starts to get playful... and it has better range of revs, from 3 to 6 its still good kick diesel only from low revs to like 3 or 4k...
What matters is the power, not the torque by itself. Power is the product of torque and RPMs (in simple terms).
The N52 330i has 272hp at 6700 RPMs, the 330D has 231hp at 4000 RPMs.

@@Krtek004 Protože N52 je v mnoha ohledech lepší motor. Lepší motor + velká navi = vzácnost.
N52 má ještě nepřímý vstřik (neskutečná výhoda z hlediska spolehlivosti), má Valvetronic a není osazený denox katalyzátory atd... Prostě je to obecně žádanější motor, asi tak.

Im an owner of a 2006 N52 E90. I think electronic issues were very minimal, Ive only replaced a headlight ballast and that was it, I only do regular maintenance and servicing. I've been driving my car every day for 6 years from 183000km and the car has 280000km, and today it still feel as solid as the day I bought it and probably as good as the day it left the factory.

Ne, tohle je 330i e90, sedan, nebo combi obě se vyráběli, stačí se podívat na začátek videa a vidíš že to je sedan
