It proves that that Morty is still in the fear hole, which he is able to determine in this scene, but the wording of young Rick seems to hint that this is for Morty, since he fear is Rick replacing him, and the hole explicitly calls that out so that Morty is aware that Rick is going to start spending more time with Diane. It is not meant to be for old Rick, since its not him but the fear hole's recreation of him, and he wouldn't even need the instruction (likely deduce what's happening) if it were the real Rick.

But
It’s all fake
Theybare in the hole
I really wanted this to be the real Diane, but I should have known it was too good to be true...
How is this even possible i thought she got wiped using the omega device
I need answers now, where do i watch this 😫
Where are the new episodes uncensored at? I don’t have Cartoon Network, so I watch the episodes when they become available on the adult swim app. They’re censored even on there though.
I think it's on Amazon Prime through some subscription idk.
Note to self: Don’t talk about holes when your dead love one shows back up out of nowhere.
Keep in mind this is mortya hole version of diane
Rick.
I have to commend this show for cleverly having a dead character somehow be recurring.
Omg that would traumatize anyone except for rick
I thought diane was erased through all timelines via Omega Device! Probs from the hole!
Why did you title this "Rick meets Diane" when rick was the only character in the scene who knew her?
Beth?
Which episode
Still in the hole
It was a good day to be home 🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡
WHAT THE FUCK!? Okay I don't get somebody please explain to me???
It's not real. It's basically a simulation. There's a hole in a Denny's bathroom that makes you experience your greatest fears. Rick and/or Morty may or may not be in the hole.
Oh thank you ☺️
Me wanting to to save the last episode for later but how am I going to after seeing this I'm to intreged I'm going to watch it now
Dang!
What episode
Saw her not too long ago, myself…
