    Hello friends.
I have gotten lots of comments about my face- I just want to be clear here:
I haven’t had any plastic surgery (I had a facelift and bleph a couple years ago and did a video on it….its still on the channel if you’re curious) I didn’t get a nose job, an upper lip lift (but dang that is on my wish list!!), no cheek implants….nada!!
Last summer I did a series of morpheus8, last October I did my first Agnes RF, January I did my second Agnes RF. I did an Ultraclear 3D miracle a few months ago.
I have lost weight and also, probably biggest, I quit drinking alcohol and stopped eating sugar.
WHEN I decide to do my lip lift or a nose job (not currently on my list lol) I will FILM the process and share here!
I have zero shame around procedures, plastic surgery, injectables (shoot, I’m even overdue for my Botox!!) so I’ll share if I do something new.
I think I’ll stop answering questions about my appearance though….i know most of you are being kind but it’s a little over the top the “you’ve had plastic surgery” comments. Mostly because *if I did I’d share!*
Lots of love to you all ❤️
    Penn

Hi Penn! I’m 69, on HRT for about 14 years, take Vital Nutrients Collagen every morning for about the past 5 years. Take a handful of supplements every morning, no meds. DEXA scan last month T-score +4. Skin care includes daily red light therapy (as I am watching you), tretinoin 0.1%, Reviv serum, vit C serum, niacinimide, estrogen cream and spf. I microneedle monthly and do my own glycolic peels (50%).
Most people think I’m around 48. In my mind I think I am too🤣

Hi Penny, Thank you so much for this extremely informative video. I’ve had osteoporosis since my mid 40’s. I had a hysterectomy when I was 35. They left one ovary. I’m now thinking it must not have been working very well. I’ve broke my back twice, broke both wrists, etc. I was in that age group where estrogen was “ bad” because of that flawed study. There’s so many women who have really gone through a lot because of that flawed study. Anyway, I just got started on estrogen 8 months ago when I was 60. I hope I’m not too late. I still have osteoporosis & have for almost 20 years so I know it’s too late to help with that but hopefully it will protect my heart and brain. My dear, sweet mom just passed away from Alzheimer’s Disease and Heart Disease. She also had osteoporosis so bad her little back & shoulders were all hunched over. She had a complete hysterectomy in her mid 40’s. Her Doctors never put her on Hormone Replacement Therapy!!! And do you know what else she got? Breast Cancer when she was 73. I guess that debunked that myth!!! I’m heading to get Dr. Haver’s collagen. I’m afraid I won’t like the taste. I’m extremely sensitive to tastes and flavors of these types of things but I will have to chug it down.😊Thanks again.🙌🙌🙌💜

@PENNSMITHSKINCARE My Mom was on HRT for 20 years...she is 82, has osteoporosis and is in her final stage of Alzheimer's. I also know a couple of women who were on HRT and now battling breast cancer. I am all for modern medicine, taking HRT when needed. I, myself, use vaginal Estrace...but, if you look at the current science, there are many, many very important lifestyle changes to make in order to protect our bones and mind. I am not convinced that HRT is the magic solution for the long haul...it could, in fact, be dangerous

I also take collagen boosters: Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid, & silica. These were actually prescribed long before there were actual studies for my joints, muscle and tendon issues. I remember when it only cost 8-11 dollars for a can of collagen! lol. I prefer unflavored powder for my decaf but the Sparkle Açaí Lemonade isn’t bad either. It’s definitely helped. I view collagen like sunscreen: The one (or several) I use/take consistently is the best for me.

Now, I need something (a supplement) to help me with hair fall and breakage. Any articles or suggestions? I know I will have many more questions in regard to Estrogen replacement. When I had the prior surgery, so about 20-some years ago, NO ONE wanted to help with Estrogen and the losses my body and moods/ mind experienced. So disappointing. Thank you for the video. You look absolutely glowing. I have s request please. I’m 54 and am looking into rf microneedling or the xeo laser genesis to address texture and pores. I’ve had microneedling with growth factor and I liked it. I’m terrified of doing anything that will affect my facial fat. I’m very thin anyway and after it’s gone it’s gone. I want to take care of this skin I have and be the best version of me possible. Thank You again for the education on Collagen Supplement. I think I’m going to start implementing this in my daily regiment.

Hi Penn! After seeing no real benefit with Vital Proteins, I started taking Design for Life Whole Body collagen with Verisol, Fortibone, and Fortigel (for joint cartilage). I am 57 with osteoporosis. However AlgaeCal JUST came out this week with one that has Verisol, Fortibone, Fortigel, and UC11 (joint flexibility), and it’s a little less $$, so I ordered! I take their calcium. I also have osteoarthritis in my shoulders/neck so hoping for a good outcome!

I read about a study which used Verisol to help with eye wrinkles over ten years ago in Prevention Magazine and have been using it ever since. I am almost 80 and have no wrinkles on my face and very few under my eyes. I also use the collagen capsules with Droplette. My skin is very smooth.
I found TruNature at Costco had the recommended dose of 2500 mg. of Verisol. Their price is the cheapest I have found but needs to be ordered online. Recently, I have recently found a liquid product in Costco which has the same dosage.
I need to research Fortibone which is in Dr Haver’s liquid collagen as well as Verisol. However, that product much more costly.

My understanding is that Type I collagen is predominant in the human body, and in the extracellular matrix that gives structure to the surrounding cells. As with whey protein, you should opt for a "hydrolyzed" brand. Hydrolyzed equals smaller molecule; smaller molecule equals superior absorption. Enjoy your day!

No lip lift but so funny I JUST said to my husband I want to do that. I dissolved any old filler above my lip a few months ago (many years ago I would get a little filler ABOVE my lip thinking it would help reduce the distance between my lip and nose……of course it didn’t but it did add volume there that I hated as time went on). After I dissolved that old filler I felt like I could see my teeth more when I smile BUT you can also see the muscles above my lip (in real life more than in videos). Now I have a crease under my nose when I smile….its always something lol

I’m from the UK aged 48 and have bags and lines under my eyes and have bothersome nasal labial folds which was what set me looking for the best anti ageing product ! I found it to be collagen , I take reverse life collagen and have been taking it for about 5 months now not seeing massive changes ( forgot to mention I had early menopause at 40) My hair isn’t falling out as much and my nails are stronger and skin on back only is smoother ! But apart from that I don’t know if I’m taking the right brand and if it’s working on both skin and bone ? I can’t afford to purchase anything more expensive !

I use Sparkle Skin Boost, a non-flavor with Verasol by Gelita and Sun Powder. Sun Powder, is a new collagen powder developed by two Dermatologists. One is a Cosmetic Laser Dermatologist and the other is a Mohs Skin Cancer Specialist. Together they created this powder to help patients with Skin Cancer and sun damage. I am a Basal Skin Cancer patient, so I wanted to try this new collagen to prevent future skin cancers and to help repair my existing damaged DNA. I now need one for my bones.

      I just ordered sun powder!!
It has the antioxidant that Heliocare has….plus collagen etc (obviously you know this). How cool is that formula! Thank you for sharing!
