    I can say from personal experience, this home theater system will use its audio and video power to stroke you to full completion then pleasure your ear and eye holes beyond oblivion.

    Awesome setup! Keep the video's coming. Its great to see someone who has built up to or worked up to a great visual and sounding system. Not everyone can spend the "Change" on those high-dollar systems all at once!

    I love your Martin Logans for your L-C-R front speakers. A very good choice for both music and home theatre. Your subwoofers IMHO are the weak link in your setup. When you decide to upgrade if I may I'd go with SVS subwoofers as they are a very well respected brand especially when it comes to subwoofer technology. If you call their customer service department they have some very knowledgeable people who will be able to give you some strong recommendations based on what your room has for dimensions,wall and floor coverings, etc. It looks as though you are well on your way to having a very nice home theatre with what you already have and now with a few tweaks you will be approaching home theatre Nirvana.Congratulations.

    Great system!!! It takes us regular folks like us time to build piece by piece one bill at a time! That’s how I manage myself, just purchased def tech Center speaker CS-9080 and next is Def Tech 9080X Towers

    Looks great...I have a very similar setup I've built over the last 2 years. The same Silver ticket 92" screen. I am using a Optoma GT5600 1080P Ultra Short Throw projector. I have a ceiling fan that I did not want to remove. So I went ahead and went with a UST projector. I'm very happy with this set up. I run a Sony STR-DH790 receiver. Currently running a 5.2 setup. 2x Sony SS-F7000 4 way dual 8" towers. 1 Silver Ticket dual 5.25 in wall speaker as my center channel. I custom mounted it into the entertainment console. I fits perfectly under the UST projector. 2x 8" ceiling directional Silver Ticket speaker(Sound is very good since I can rotate and aim them) for my rear left and right surround speakers. I run 1x 10" Klipsch R-10SW, 1x 12" Klipsch R-12SW for Subs. I also have a really nice sounding 10" Paradigm Sub so I can run 3 Subs. I plan on running 2 more of the Silver Ticket 8" directional speaker for ATMOS. Sound quality on those is excellent for their price.

    I've been slooooowly upgrading my audio/video system for over 50 years. I always know what I want but purchasing even a small piece to add most of the time is very hard to do when you have a lot of other monthly bills to pay and need food and drink to stay alive. I also have the Epson 5040ube a wireless projector and it is awesome. The bulbs do wear out though after close to 2 and one half years, just to let you know. I am a Klipsch / Yamaha junkie with my other stuff in my system but I did just purchase the Panasonic 9000 dvd player which is very nice with the extra software apps included.

    The only thing I would add to just about any decent audio/video system which I don't see here is a middle to higher grade surge protection unit. Maybe you have one where we can't see it but I have one in my bedroom and one in my living room. They are both Pamamax units with 11 outlet plug ins and they are really awesome. I plugged my 65 inch tv into one of the plug in's in the back and my picture actually went up in clarity I would say over 25% They are a great investment just for that benefit.

    Great setup, your journey is just like mine. I had a theater in a previous home about 15 years ago which had a decent projector and a theater in a box sound system. After moving to another home I didn’t have room for a theater so everything stayed packed up until this year when we moved to a larger house with a finished basement. I’ve been slowly upgrading/updating my equipment but as anyone knows it’s not cheap so it may be a long project to get it to the point I want. The journey is fun though. Enjoy your room and your journey as you upgrade and improve. By the way that projector is on my list of wants, I’m currently running a 15 year old Epson 1080p projector

    Great set up, similar to mine. What is the distance between the screen and the projector lens? What is the width size of your screen?

    • @averagehometheater4901
      @averagehometheater4901  Před 2 lety

      The distance is around 10.5 feet. And the screen size is 92”. I could have gone up to 110” but playing video games I would get nauseous lol

      @@averagehometheater4901 thanks for your response, is the screen diagonal or the width? What is it across from left to right (width)? Cheers.

      @@darkvader7231 Sorry for the delay, it measures 92" diagonal.

    • @averagehometheater4901

      None at all. It’s great actually. It powers those Martin Logan’s nicely. I will be adding an amplifier for those soon though. Just to make sure they’re getting good power. I have added an SVS PB-1000 since this video and it’s so much better. Thanks for watching.

      @@averagehometheater4901 Onkyo had issues with the HDMI boards getting over heated from the amps. I lost one of two inputs so hopefully the eARC will last and I also bought an Aircom fan to keep things cool. I have been an Onkyo fan for almost 30 years and for the most part I have been pretty happy.
