    I have a pair of 16oz's and you must mold them to your own hand several times then hit the bags then mold again to really get them to feel comfortable. After several rounds I found the foam very springy and forgiving in terms of sparring, you definitely can't punch down to your knuckles. I use them for kick boxing drills and light sparring. I just wish they were a bit more snug around the top of the hand, the wrist is solid like a cast and the ergonomics are great for making a fist and landing on the correct knuckles.

      @@jjellen5804 I recently received a pair of 12oz and they were very tight and took a few moldings and about of month of use and the finally fit perfect for me so I'm sure smaller hands will be fine if you stick with 12oz.

    Good video. I just don’t think these warrant the price they cost IMO, especially with shipping to UK on top. The Synthetic leather looks tough and the strap is a bit overkill for me. Nice to see them in sparring though. 👍🏻

    Hi mate, absolutely love the videos and the glove weight divisions on your website are great. I was thinking about getting a pair of these onx gloves as I have had some wrist injuries so thank you for the amazing review. They are very expensive and I have read some other mixed reviews online, would you say these are worth the price? I have recently seen some great reviews by you and others on the Fortress SS2.0 and the phenom SG210, would you recommend one of those three gloves in particular? Is the wrist support on the onx gloves much better than the fortress? Or worth twice the price better?

    • @Fit2Box
      @Fit2Box  Před 2 lety +1

      Thankyou , the wrist support on ONX is some of the best out here
      Fortress super strap definitely adds good support
      Phenom all round superb gloves
      Depends on what you want to spend
      ONX best wrist support out of the three I’d say

      The hayabusa T3 gloves also have good wrist support. They have a sort of plastic plate in the back that stops your wrist from bending.

    My son spar a guy who swears by these. They don't seem to be to hard for sparing and the strap has not been a problem. But my son is the one getting hit by them but from that they seem like great gloves

    I dont like any seems above the wrist area for sparring purposes. Rightly so, you highlighted due to the strap system it needs taping to avoid dangerous palming. I feel so sparring only supple leather should be allowed.
    It's a bag glove in my eyes with a thumb fault, ridiculously overpriced for a synthetic glove. As they are made in china theres dunlop and tatalay latex and sbr available so no need for padding to be so hard. You even get latex combined with silicone cooling gel.
    Your having to tighten in extreme manner due to padding fault
