  • Hello CZcamsrs
In this video I would like to share with you some information about the Panasonic FZ2000/2500 , and in specific how to create stunning time-lapse video with the Panasonic FZ2000/2500 . I love this camera vor any kind of video work but also for photography, and especially for time-lapse because that is kind of between the video and photography. It is super simple to set the camera and I will show and explain to you in this video how to do it. Panasonic is leader in 4k and in video especially with the affordable price range . I mean the best video camera at 1200 $ price range is the FZ2000/2500 . Again at 2000$ price range is the Panasonic GH5 . So let`s talk a little bit about this and let`s see how to set your FZ2500 to shoot stunning time-lapse video. If you want to add something to this video please feel free and leave a comment down below , if you like this video please like and subscribe and share my videos , other than that I wish you a great day and I`ll see you in the next one.

Hello and thank you for this very clear tutorial. On my Fz 2000 whole occurs well for the catch from sight of the images made in JPEG with timelapse animation. But doesn't Fz 2000 propose to assemble the photographs in film full hd, or 4 K? Which is the reason? Thank you for the assistance.

Claude Fabry it will be a time lapse video. The resolution or else the outcome of the video you can set as well.

    Great tutorial.
Just wondering if you know whether you can keep the camera switched on between shots over 30s? With my fz1000 you can't and as a result the lens resumes in a different spot each frame if your zoomed in at all even with zoom resume switched on. This results in jerky in out final playback. Only solution I have found is to stick to wide angle which is limiting but ok. I asked panasonic for a solution but they couldn't /wouldn't provide one and offered for me to return the camera. I would be willing to upgrade to new model if this model provides a solution. Any feedback would greatly appreciated.

Matt Burrows honestly I didn't try to shoot time-lapse with over 30 seconds between the shots. But you have to be able to switch off that feature from the menu.( that the camera shuts down if you don't touch it for 30 sec) In my opinion you should ask again Panasonic because honestly I don't know and unfortunately I don't have the camera anymore. I sold it.

Hi everyone, I’ve followed the video above but every time I go and press record the camera shuts down? Any suggestions?

I'm thinking of getting this camera, that's why I'm watching your videos.
I had the FZ70 and it was ok for it's time, but it was very poor in indoor shots.
Have you done post focus with this camera yet? Cheers

Gabriela Lamberti no I didn't because I am a portrait photographer and I don't really use these fancy features.. LOL 😂 😂 😂 I used this camera mostly for video. And sometimes for sports photography.

Dear Gabriela, I don't know if you got the FZ2500 but I too came from a FZ70 and got it now because I do more videos and know its a specialized camera for filmmakers. I recently got it so still testing, but the only thing I was afraid of losing of the FZ70 was the large 60x optical zoom, but then realized never film in that large zoom so I decided to go for FZ2500 and the zoom reachs a usable 1200mm as well (with iZoom) so it's wonderful to have a better quality camera with almost the same zoom range.

Thanks for this Video! I have this Cam, but I wonder if there is a way to let the camera open, instead it goes in and out, because the timelapse time is shot every 1min - so is there a way? I want it to change the settings for night (see the stars) and day (don't get blinded too much by the sun). What would you recommend me? Please let me/us know ;)

I did try myself but I couldn't. And unfortunately I sold this camera a while ago because I started to use the FujiFilm xt system.

  • @IngweMutliMediaProductions

I do have a question You never set the ISO, aperture or used the ND filters etc is there a reason why you did not ?

  • @curtzblues

Is there an option for an alarm or beep at the end of time lapse sequence? When camera is not close by I have to keep walking close to hear it. If it stops and I get there too late I lose the make video now message

    • @BlueSkyPhotography
      @BlueSkyPhotography  Před 4 lety

Not that I know of. The truth is that I was always around the camera so I didn't even think about it.

Any of the formats is OK. I used mov but that was only my personal preference. The codec is more important

@@Tmkocfun2shorts that is really hard to explain in a comment. You should search around and learn more about it because if you want to do wedding videos that will require a little more knowledge about codecs and editing.
