    Tuchel gambled to keep players rested for Leeds. This is really irritating because instead of playing to the strengths of his players he persists with a system. RLC was injured in the warm up but even with him protection for defence would of been weak. Disagree about the regista it's not necessary in a different system. The regista needs a Kanta as a get out clause. Jorginho's errors are because he is easily forced into errors. Tuchels problems at PSG started with persistence with one system that players didn't enjoy.

      I knew you'd bring Jorginho into the discussion. Lol. I know Jorginho has errors in him, but he'd done better than the guys that played there today.

      @@ChelseaPerspective because he has played there often it doesn't make him good. He is in his 4th season and we won't be challenging for a title again. A true regista is somebody who can go short or long and give little away. He can be a ball winner and passer like Gullit was. He is average no more. Look at Rice and how he has developed does it all two seasons ago he was average but very young. Jorginho is way to slow and he slows our play down. Of course I'm mentioning him. You have to look at level of opponent to judge how good he is. He has played in all Tuchels defeats and made mistakes in them.

      @@terrilouisemarsden2621 Oh my, Stav. You type 10 times faster than I do. I get your points, clearly, but I'd rather him play there today if he was fit because we don't have any other option.

      @@ChelseaPerspective apparently he has a back injury. I still think whether he played or not the result would of been the same without his saviours Kante or Kovacic if James and Barkley were out muscled he would of been no better. You cannot excuse him or gloss over it as he was exposed Saturday.

    We'll summarized Bro; that was bad in game management for me again, if I'm being honest. The travel schedule & injuries kinda forced Tuchel with the personnel but he got the starting set up incorrect again :(

    • @ChelseaPerspective
      @ChelseaPerspective  Před 2 lety

      Yup, he made too many changes, and the defense and the attack lacked enough experience.

      Then change it if you don't have 2 sixes available then play 3 ball playing players comfortable on the ball. Look for more natural width than playing a winger as a WB and an attacking mid as one. Kepa saved us he had no chance of any goal but made some excellent saves. The honeymoon is over change things or we are not winning anything.

    Bro you have said it all ,no argument here , too many changes and injuries play greater role in our poin lost yesterday. Also Tuchel dis not really care about our position in the group stage. He said it

      It was painful to watch that game. Hopefully, all our injured players will be back in time to help us get things back on track. Thanks so much for watching, brother. I appreciate that.

    Spot on. 🎯
    I love Thomas Tuchel, but he got the lineup wrong yesterday. Did he underestimate Zenit at Home? 🤷🏻‍♀️
    In addition to a DM, we also need a defender, one who can play as an LCB cuz imo Malang Sarr is mediocre & we can't afford to do mediocre. His performance could also be cuz he has hardly played & suddenly he finds himself in the starting lineup.
    Timo Werner finally showed up, but with all his brilliance we just got a draw.
    And I'm still sulking.

      I do agree with you; we need defenders too. And yeah, Timo finally showed up but was let down by his teammates. Kepa was brilliant too.
