Defo real empaths dont approch people . It us us that are approched.💕

Great solid advice on being aware of language. I think we often forget others are not like us, nor do they want to be. Wish I had been more aware years ago. A church member came to my home to visit and told me that no one in my congregation liked me and everyone thought I was weird. His comments were very hurtful to say the least
I really shut down after that. Huge walls went up. Trusted no one.
Today I finally have maybe a clue as to why this person relayed this info on behalf of 250+ other people : My empath-ness must have been too visible. And not understood, especially in a very rigid, religious setting.
I very much appreciate these insights about language and finding who can be trusted.
One observation I have made : narcissists are highly adept at mirroring language and demeanor to gain commonality and trust. Empaths have to be extremely careful not to fall prey to a narcissist.

This helped me because I never fit in in groups or jobs. If I did it was with the rejects. I was criticized a lot growing up and expected to be almost a lunching bag and absorb stress and constant energy. I found myself in toxic relationships too. I was not allowed to sleep in or rest on my days off. So now I do that I left. I'm catching up. The needy people thing is very anoying. Then I feel guilty if I say no. With strangers you see people angry with dark energy, bit ways to avoid them. I agree on being careful on explaining things because it's like a person from the future talking to someone from centuries ago. Being outspoken is a rare gift, but yes people freak out. Hes right on carefully wording with common langauge. Does anyone feels more of a connection to animals than people? I will need to remember the permission part.

I never knew what was wrong with me until I came across these videos. Growing up I could feel people's emotions and still right now today. I always felt alone because no one understood me but today I've learned to embrace my loneliness.
People told me that I'm too sensitive or I'm an over thinker. I can pick up on people's authenticity especially when it came to my adult children were meet new people. I'd could sense these people's motivations and I'd tell my child however they thought I was nuts but in the long run they found out I spoke the truth and try prohibited them from being hurt.
Sometimes I could be asleep and will sit up crying , someone is hurting in pain and of course I'm thinking if a family member. Sure enough when I contact my parents or any other family member something bad has happened.
I recently learned to differ my own emotions from someone else's. I mean it could be sudden anger or crying, I had to ask myself are these my emotions and a lot of times they weren't.
I use to hate this gift, I felt like it was a curse and interrupted my life. Now that I'm educated those negative feelings are gone. I'm just more aware of the company I keep and know that I can't save anyone but can help. I couldn't understand why I would get so overwhelmed by crowds of people, just feeling drained of mental and physical energy. Thank God I'm in the process of mastering being an empath.
Thank God for these videos because there were times I thought I was losing my mind. I didn't understand why I always felt like I was different and didn't belong in this world. I do utilize my gift to help others, the ones who want that is.
Thank you for your insight on this subject, you are well appreciated. May God continue to bless you in more ways than one. 🙌🙏🤗

What has been a surprise to me as a spiritual empath is the judgments from people in my church. The pressure to be always “ positive” as a sign of spiritual maturity is quite widespread and, in my experience, misguided. It’s sometimes difficult and seems disingenuous for me to ignore the true feelings people hide.
This display of spiritual falseness does not sit well with me and the “ pursuit of truth” many claim to embrace.

Make a list of your necessities:
      Eat
      Drink
      Sleep
      Personal Hygiene
      Family time
      Spiritual time
      Ect.
Find out how much time is needed for each activity. Afterwards you can say, "Okay, I have X amount of time left for doing other things," and that is the time you allot to people asking for your help. If people ask more from you tell them you cannot. It isn't selfish it is necessity.

Some have found that in using it from a reactive perspective and then to explain of cover reaction.... it can get pretty rough from there. Context, agreement and the intent to grow, mutually makes the powerful intent of engaging as or with the mirror effect incredibly effective and beneficial for others.

True, I have to do this at the moment to a covvert narc and her flying monkeys on my workplace.
Intresting to see, that the handful of coworkers, who are not influenced by her, started to adapt the greyrocking and mirroring as well, even they do not know about these things.
It is kinda intrestuing to see, how the energy fields swaps from toxic to healthy, depending on who is there.
The thing to say about this, in an office, where you have to stay, perhaps it would be too hard to do.
Luckily, i am outside alone most of the time, so i can harnest energy from taking deep breaths.

I think food and sleep are vital, your brain is then firing on all cylinders. Fact: during the sleep cycle our brains get washed, not having all the sleep cycles interupts the brain bath, your clear thinking is affected. There is a potential link to dementia, because the brain isn’t getting washed. Food obviously affects your body’s performance.

That was a great message of bringing the skills of Empaths the integrity it deserves. I have only gone through a handful of videos featuring contemporary Empath CZcams personalities, and they seem down right reasonable; containing wisdom on a practical to pseudo metaphysical spectrum, attempting to describe extreme perception and holistic understanding. What strikes me most is the consistency of what these personalities present as the objective qualities of an Empath, as opposed to the admission that everyone has the capability to feel empathy from none to some, but that some does not make them an Empath.

People have always thought I'm weird, at first when I was younger I used to be hurt, but now, I'm comfortable with it. In fact, I often introduce myself as a weirdo, that I'm weird. I have been duped, countless times, and against my instinct have 'made friends' with narcs and manipulators because they've been good actors. Now I ALWAYS go with what I feel about someone rather than what they say or do (always acting btw). This footage has helped me and I'll watch it again a few times. Thank you 😊

This is very grounding advice. Being an empath is such a dilemma at times when you hear one thing from someone but you feel something g different. How to respond can be a challenge.
The advice to keep empathic perceptions and woowoo language out of it is of great help. 🌺

So this has been my problem all my life or most of it. I get so worn out and now that I am retired I can stay home and even during this pandemic I find being forced to stay home is fine with me. I just have not learned that I am...this...thing or how to control it. How not to be used until I am so drained I can't function for 3 days. Now I know. Thanks for this. I wish I could do all your classes. I only have my SSI. But I will watch what you have shared in videos because it is a great help. Thank you AGAIN! :D

People try to take advantage of my empathy. Once, I reacted angrily because of past painful atrocities. Today, I'm older, wiser and calmer. I do not allow anyone to use me. I prayerfully give of myself. I delete toxic people from my life and put me first, to survive.

  • @ashleyrene82

Thank you so much!!! The permission is huge and the language even bigger! I'm a clairempath but have many other clairsenses. I get really tired of what I call the "blissed out" masses. Being blissed out, you don't even act human anymore. It's like you're trying to act God like. People can't _stand_ people who act like that. That's why we're dubbed "New Agers" like we're a brain washing cult. 😂
I'm a Reiki Master Teacher as well and years ago when I was making my business card, my mother and I were discussing the language I should use for what else I do being put on the card. So in large letters it's speaks of the Reiki, then in tiny print (almost like subliminal messaging) it says "spiritual guide". That was the most normal thing we could come up with because we didn't want to use "life coach" since that's something else entirely. Seemed to work. But I keep my clients to a minimum since I get run down extremely easy.
Anyways, thank you for this. It seems in a time where more and more people are awakening to their "super powers" the very first mistake they make are overstepping boundaries and sounding like they're St. Peter at the gates of heaven only preaching something new and "superior" and people cannot stand it! 😂 I'm glad you covered this. ✌

Durk Dunkin thank you for your bluntness in respect of an empathy person. Yes light on to room of 100 . And it's value of being You! Gifts that are there to help solve problem s or offer a solution and another perspective that some can not. See or know about. You did a good job explaining empath to be empowered and not be put in woo land .

Really good advice. Mainly geared towards an American audience without experience with deeper forms of wisdom. Yoga philosophy and Ayurveda describes a lot of this scientifically and would be helpful for empathic people to manage their bodies and minds. It is unfortunate that this terminology is still considered "woo woo" - but it is due to low levels of awareness and perception. But I would add, that if you sense openess in the person you are helping, there is nothing wrong with introducing different concepts and ideas (chakras etc) - let's not underestimate their level of conciousness. Take each person as they are, one size does not fit all.

But Kirk! There’s an urgency! Lmao
Great video, I needed to hear this. For a long time I was guilty of giving people info they definitely didn’t want to hear, and basically just word vomiting. Aka I was the weirdo 😆😖. For the last several years I’ve suppressed all of it and stayed home, stopped talking to most people, been very overwhelmed, and believed I was a bad person due to the times I’d done that. Now I’m trying to learn how to understand when it’s appropriate to tell people their lives. It’s funny, I have always known this stuff and yet I’m just realizing it for the first time thanks to your videos. Nothing comes more naturally and effortlessly to me than helping people to understand themselves.... Uggh as I write that I have a voice in my mind saying “wow you’re so conceited, what makes you think you’re so much better than everybody else?”... I’m sure that’s something I’ve heard before and internalized. I really appreciate the bluntness with which you approach this subject. Finally someone addresses that I’m a weirdo so that I can figure out how to stop being such a weirdo and help people!
