Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

Always brilliant analogies. The jab is a flashlight leading the way through the darkness. I love it. This man is a national treasure.
🤗👊🏻
Thanks Teddy I am a old man now but have a punching bag and gloves , all you need for a good work out ,watch what you eat and feel good.
Best wishes to you sir! Boxing is great
The jab is effective because it's the most direct punch in the arsenal..from point A. To point B a direct straight line.
Bingo
This man was made to be a teacher, everything he says you can relate to and understand. He is also very easy to understand when he speaks
🤗

Boxing's Most Important Punch is the Low-kick
😂
I will always remember seeing an artcile about the Worlds Best Great White Shark Photographer. He said he can get up close with the sharks as much as possible because he would swim right towards them with no fear. No-one swims up to them with no fear. He is the Predator in their eyes
he is truly a lucky man
where is the vid with the 14 different jabs.
The great Teddy Atlas, please speak up in your videos, very low low volume. thank you sir.
He’s Speaking fine, just doesn’t use a mic
so did he even said anything about the jab? did he at least mentioned it?
Need get you a mic Big At.
"YA HERE ME TOURK..." 😆
"BRILLIANT!" 😂
need to sort out the volume on your vids
Seems like Norton neutralized Alis jab game though and Muhammad didn't pick up, for whatever reason, that Norton was, i guess, slipping and countering? Someone else pointed out that was also partly due to Alis extremely low guard position. Not dissing the GOAT, btw, but it can be painful watching a few of his fights where he took way too many shots to his head. :(
You need better audio Teddy! We can’t hear you !!
Volume up please
Did he tell us what the most important punch was? Think I must have missed it.
Punch and Judy...
Lets not kid ourselves, Ali got the worst of that fight and the ropes were loosened up way too much. Foreman also mentioned that he was sick in Africa leading up to the fight. Ali might have won the fight but he took way more punishment than Foreman.
hahaha awesome kicking ted
Boxing school location???
U need a Mic bro. no one can hear u
What the hell did that have to do with the jab
Did you watch the video
Don't run💯
That's a shitty heavy bag that he would have to hit at or above the straps to strike the bag at our head height or above.
