That was the whole point of the concept and the message of this song. This song isn't made to entertain anyone or made to respect the rules of making balads... True art is when artist finds the ways to go outside of the box, bypass rules and brings creative solutions to important problems... The complete song actualy depicts exactly what's happening in the mind of one who goes through hard and desperete times... You can't name that as boring... It's not funny at all, but is far from boring... Life isn't just fun and boredom... Considering where you are from, you should know that... The song goes the same way the state of mind of those who suffer behave... Constant ups and downs, filled with chaos... Like, you've reached the point that you're almost crushed, tired and loosing strength or even will for fight to survive... You are barely able to speek... In the same time nobody understands you or care enough to listen to you, let alone help you... You see others who have that but for you it looks like too far... Unreachable... You turns to whatever is principle that always was your "guiding star" to help you to find that hope and somehow you find like last atoms of your energy to try to raise up again, but then, another, worse hit comes and you are down again, repetatevly calling/crying for/chanting that you put your last hope in... That pisses you off and you raising up again to go in final fight for all or nothing... In a head is a madness and chaos while you fight and see how all your "troops" falling one by one... Everything you believed in, disappearing infront of your eyes... It looks like even God forgot you... You drop down once again in despair... Grieving for yourself and for "betrayal" of that what you believed in repeating its name through tears... And that right there is the exact moment where only the strongest ones and the most faithfull ones will make seemingly irrational move and instead to give up and die in devastating defeat, they will stand up once again and rush forward with most powerfull "charge", absolutely solidified in the faith alone, faith without any rational reason to have it, and with loudest and repetative warcry on the lips, of whatever inspires and pushes those ones forward (in this song, screaming repetatively the name of that flower symbol)... And than... When end is reached and one is completely exhausted... Battle ends, enemy is defeated and out of all those "ashes" reward comes and hope, faith and life prevail again... Once more... Darkness didn't extiguish the light... "Once more" - completely exhausted from superhuman efforts, whispers that one - "God looked me and I've survived and won... Now, I can rest..."
The most insane fact and proof of art of this song is that all those steps... All those feelings, all those struggles, (besides they're happen in a mind of every individual person who struggles with something serious and hard), also each of them, happened to the Serbian people and Serbian army in WWI (but also in the most of the wars in Serbian history), especially from the moment when king and army decided to leave Serbia and retreat to Greece (through harsh terrain of Albanian mountains) to everything else that came after that... The fact that concept of the song, Teyas performance, expressions and vocal cappabilities, lyrics, symbolism - perfectly depict:
    1. what happens spiritualy/in the minds of those individuals who suffer every day everywhere and
    2. what actualy happened to the Serbian people in WWI,
and all of that made with hidden traditional Serbian sounds merged into beautiful modern sounds,
makes Teya an true artist and her composition the true piece of art...
So no... It's not boring... It's overwhelming, once you'd open your eyes to see...

Ramonda is a symbol of the entire Slavic people, our suffering, sacrifice, struggle and final victory with huge human losses. Ramonda was taken as a symbol of the Armistice day in WW1 when Serbia lost 1/3 of its population (62% of the male population). This song does not refer only to Serbia, but to each and every one of us in a moment of helplessness, even hopelessness, loss of loved ones, severe illness, anxiety, depression, because metaphorically Ramonda represents the struggle and overcoming of any possible severe suffering. The Ramonda serbica flower has the ability to re-bloom completely dry with just a few drops of water, and biologists believe it even survived the Ice Age because its roots are in stone. The song is carefully constructed and has several crescendos and decrescendos, so that struggle looks like that and just when we think we are managing to overcome our pain and suffering and reach the top, in the next moment we are faced with starting from the bottom again. The moment when she kneels is a moment of facing death and after that follows the climax of the song and a powerful message about our resilience and resurrection and immortality. This song is all this and much more because it was created at the moment of our struggle for survival in a world where one spark can cause a fire that would destroy the whole world. Hope this help you to understand that Ramonda is unique piece of art from the first to the last second. That's why Teya Dora instead of Konstrakta or any other.

Good song for me (if we’re talking about ballads): Arcade, Lejla, any of the Johnny Logan’s songs… I can go on, I love ballads, this one is just not for me 🤷
