iPhone 12 Pro Max I Can't hear Caller Voice & Receiver Can't Hear my voice (Here is the Fix)

The Problem is, I wasn't able to hear her voice in the incoming calls. Both me and the receiver are facing the same problem. So I have searched for the solution and found some of the worked. I have an IPhone 12 Pro and I tried all of these except for a total reset of the phone and I am not hearing anyone from the ear speaker just when I put it on speaker phone. I bet IPhone did something when they did their updates.. started on 14.8 IOS and now continuing on 15.11 IOS.. this sucks!

Same, internal Speaker does not work for phone calls. IPhone 12 Max Pro Plus. Speaker phone or headset work fine. Apple claims the Pros don’t have this problem! Unfortunately mine does. Waiting for the new one in September and will just trade this one in, anyway. But still a problem if you don’t want everyone hearing your phone conversations !

I have a suggestion to the poster. You have a heavy native accent, so when posting videos SLOW DOWN so that the vast majority of people whom are not accostumed to listening to any said accent can clearly understand and follow.

Check to make sure you didn't put the phone protector on backward to where it's blocking the speaker lol
