OK so just a quick tip to those who are having the same issue that I am having I’ve tried all the steps in this video and none of them worked so what I did was I called my other phone and hit the mute button two times muted, unmuted, muted, and unmuted and see if that works cause it work for me
Switch off the Wi-Fi on your phone to make the call with cellular to see if it works. If it does then the problem is your home Wi-Fi. Unplug router modem to reset then plug it back in. This is the only thing that worked for me. Even though I was getting a good Wi-Fi single before for some reason resetting it fixed the connection with my phone. Good luck.

My prob is the other side of the call can hear me but I can’t hear them, Siri can hear me but I can’t hear her, or hear music unless it’s on Bluetooth to hear from whatever I’m connected too. Shows my mic crossed out as well on the notification area. HELPPPPP
Well i work on many companies that utilizes VOLP and almost every call, the caller cannot hear me. I have turned Bluetooth off, toggles airplane mode on/off so many times, nothing really helps other than the call disconnecting and reconnecting all over again! So frustrAting!! I have an Iphone 11 pro max :(

When i use the voice isolation mode they cant totally hear me but when i switch to standard mode then then they can hear me it think its a software bug which is quite irritating

My issue is intermittent- random - but when they can’t hear me both the headphone socket and regular mic do not work- then all of a sudden they work
