Mine just keeps turning to the apple logo and then to the black screen but sometimes it comes up with it showing that I have to plug my charger into a computer and restore my phone but the thing is, I don't have a computer so what am I supposed to do. (I have already pressed and released the volume button and held the off and on button for a while but it still didn't work...)

Ha! Between 3:50 and 3:52 they conveniently skipped over the fact that after you spend an hour to download the fix firmware, it isn't free anymore. A screen comes up telling you that to fix the phone, you have to purchase a license for at least $40 for a month. LAME. I totally should have read other people's comments here first!!

I have a 8 plus and a 7 plus the 7 plus is showing that apple logo idk why but when I try to do the force restart it stops showing the logo but when you let go of the button the logo reappears and the 8 plus I was working and I remember I had 70% and idk why but the phone just turned off it won't charge it won't turn on at all
