My personal collection of TEKKEN 3 secrets.
All Tekken 3 faq files on net are incomplete, so here I put videos revealing deeply hidden techniques.
If you already know some, good for you, I hope many Tekken players will find it interesting.
I do NOT present ALL secret moves, only the ones RARE and NOT OBVIOUS!
And rare are sometimes not MOVES themselves but their PROPERTIES! - Hry
I don’t understand how this game is still popular. It is so much fun tho
The game is popular because it's still one of the most rewarding fighting game experiences against real life opponents TODAY, STILL. Many play modern fighting games because these products are being heavily advertised and gamers feel persuaded to participate in the "flavor of the year" trend for social reasons more than game's theme or mechanics. Street fighter 4 was *way* less awful than SF5. Barely anyone touches SF4 anymore and there's more examples like Guilty Gear. At least the retro scene is getting stronger but just watching Twitch nerds is not enough, we need more real life tournaments, not online nonsense.
Overall, sometimes less is more and Tekken games were never good after first TAG. T4 got released in unfinished and unpolished state but at least it tried to be original. T5 and ongoing are boring and messy, with increasing focus on juggles. Tekken 3 is not only historically the most innovative and competent - it's is THE Tekken game defining all following, awkward attempts at expanding and improving this VGF system.
@@Sannidor playing tekken from 12 years btw i am 21 years old...and i just completely agree with you...we played all versions of tekken...but we guys always ended up on tekken 3...hands down god of the fighting games...so deep so elegant...real life experience...greatest game of fighting...after this i like tekken 5 tekken 5 dr and tag...after that all tekken games just lose the originality and feel of tekken...the feel that 3 gives is lost...in my city still tournament for tekken 3 are held...great game...no game will ever come close to the legacy of tekken 3
I think it's the memories ppl had while playing it and the nostalgia. It was such a fun and revolutionary fighter and many were already invested in the Tekken story from 1 and 2. Oh, and the scenes at the end, always worth the effort!
Couldn’t have said it better
@@Sannidor tekken 6 wasn't bad
0:56 probably the only character in fighting games history who HELPS HIMSELF UP... Yoshi was the coolest...
My Dad was the man with Yoshimitsu back in the day.
haha yeah, heaps good times, I played it with my brothers, my dad used to stay on it and the 3 of us used to share it. Unless we beat dad, which it was impossible for us, usually if we used cheapies we would win but damn. My dad was to good with Yoshimitsu.

The Cpu used that move at 0:53 on me once.
Never saw it again after that.
For the longest time now I thought that I was just imagining things.
U can do it from side catch of opponent. It's easy...
@@ALIENSSS Frame-perfect stuff is never 'easy' ... and those side throws are pretty damn close. I've only pulled it off 5 times since Tekken 3 was in the ARCADE. (Still my favorite Tekken game.)
Naruto: I've mastered the Shadow Clone Technique!
Yoshimitsu: Hold my sake.
Never ever happened to me...
but the move is a bit hard to perform in difficult mode
This has been haunting me for years now, dammmmmn
Yoshimitsu is the kind of guy everyone wants to main but nobody does because nobody has enough IQ to play him
I never considered my self intelligent for maining Yoshimitsu, but thanks for the confidence boost.
I main Yoshimitsu, I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t use him and Bryan Fury on friends because they are ridiculously strong.
I shazam'd it.
Song is: Hybrid - Just For Today
Cheers!
His stage is so nostalgic... I remember it so vividly from childhood. All the stages, really. But this one was so calming and zen.
FOR YOSHIMITSU IS A ZEN TAOIST. YOSHIMITSU, WINS "IGA IGA MMMHMMMMNN YEAH" **BACKFLIPS LANDS SITTING**
As a kid, Yoshimitsu's stage smelled like eucalyptus
Oh damn! Thank you for mentioning me at the end of the movie. I'm flattered ^_^
Excited for T7? Yoshi is a squid and has a wiggly tail, much wow. Also, PC release - is this a real life? :Đ
ManjiKai is growing under Tenshi-san. Getting credited in the RIP/JFJ BnB as well as the new Blasted Salami T7 breakdown. Good times!
Do you know how to a secret move where yoshi would he same back throw animation but instead of going straight down he would go to all corners of screen before going straight down?
I swear there was an attack with two swords
OK, this is what I do once in a while - I play on practice mode, with HIT ANALYSIS on. I record my sessions just in case something unusual is registered. This is how I discovered a decent part of my material to "secret" T3 videos. Though Yoshimitsu was pictured with two swords in T3 promotional posters, he started to use them in T6, not sooner. Considering some weird stuff I found already, which has not been shown *anywhere* else but this channel, I still have faith there are some mysteries to reveal, maybe even two sworded attacks in T3. Cheers ;)
Back in 2001 a friend and I played T4 (99% it was 4) all winter long every night after work. I played almost exclusively Yoshi. I'm not gonna say 100% but I would almost swear there was a move I would unintentionally pull off once in a while where Yoshi split in two and went up in the air or vice versa went up in the air and came down split in two - one on each side of the opponent. I might be crazy but I'm pretty sure I remember Yoshi doing that.
I think he had a move where he picks his sheath additionally to his sword and punches with those.
You know the move with the sword in his ass in mortal kombat & tekken vs Street fighter& resident evil
@@groovyroman5528
1. Yoshimitsu was never in Mortal Kombat
2. He's never had the sword in his ass. You're probably referring to "Manji Blood Dance" where he impales himself with his sword and spins with it still lodged through his body. This is a move he's had since Tekken 3.
Loved his sword and acrobatics as a kid in the 90s. My favorite fighter even now.
Wow! Could be years since I last watched. One of the best videos on youtube! Still searching for that secret Yoshimitsu move - one of the most secret mystical things around
Yeah I know right, ever since I was a kid I have been trying to find someone that knows how to pull off an incredibly rare yoshimitsu trick involving multiple yoshi clones. I only did it by accident once as a kid, had I known how rare it would be I would have paid more attention to my button presses.
The best you've done so far that I've seen! Awesome stuff man!
my dad used that move in 1:05 back in (i don't know 2000?) that shit scared the hell out of me
that is the reason why i'm here, just to be sure it wasn't my imagination (or the devil)
0:53 I've seen another version of him stabbing a sword ...
Omg same i was like 5 or 6 and loved to play tekken. then randomly i make this move with Yoshi i had goosebumps and turn off the ps cause i was so fucking scared!! funny memories
So amusing how people are complaining that these aren't secret moves, almost all of these transitions were never in his command list in any tekken.
People have seen just frame James do a lot of these on the old Wednesday night fights stream but Tenshimitsu discovered these a long ass time ago.
If anything this video is worth its weight in gold.
+Sh1bble like king throw combo, it's not in tekken 3, but doable
I remember doing the helicopter attack when I was a kid while smashing all the buttons. Thanks for showing how to do it (even though I'm crap and can't do it reliably even knowing the combo).
Thank you so much, i was searching the secret rapid healing for years
Watcging this at 23 i just realized i did all the noves unconsciously when i was younger thats so dope
Hell yeah.
Best fighting game ever, yoshimitsu was my boy. He's got a really weird moveset and it's awesome if you can nail it down.
it was 1000 years ago I trigger something weird starting with the dive at #1:26 followed by a similar dive forwards then that head grab at #3:28 sort of like a cinematic
I discovered some hidden moves when I we a kid. I was so hyped!
Same
I used to play this at the slots when i was a kid. Damn never knew that there are so much moves to do. Makes Tekken alot more interesting than i thaught.
Freakin' LOVE your choice of music in these videos! Nice job
Name?
Awesome stuff! :)
Gemini kills it with the bars man like gem big up Eurgh!
The music tracks you picked for these secret move videos are godlike. It feels like Tekken...and who doesn't like secrets revealed? :)
It was a hit-and-miss choice for sure. I had to change music in several videos just to make them available in (hopefully) all countries and many clips got claims from scammers. Whatever the "ultimate/final" version of these videos will be I'll most likely just use Tekken music to make them easy to share and re-stream without fear of violating some silly TOS. I still record a lot T3 stuff, the work is not over. Cheers!
nice moves man, its really cool
I like the yoshimisu because he is technical character so you can do literaly every move in oposite direction to your advantage of course and thatnks to that hes portfolio of moves combos and tricks just doubles i hope there will be yoshimitsu in every tekken.
Hi. Check my "deleted scenes" clip for Yoshi. If you like this character and obsess about his guest appearances, play Anna Kournikova's Smash Court Tennis for PSX. Cheers.
Bro thanks for this video, I managed to randomly do the 0:52 as a kid ONCE, and my friend wouldn't believe me and of course I couldn't do it again
This video's still nothing short of amazing,
I swear i did a move once with Yoshimitsu where it started out like a normal throw. But then there was a second "ghost" Yoshimitsu. So the original does the throw and ends up lying on the ground and the ghost does a second throw then pulls up the original Yoshimitsu by the arm and they became one. No matter how hard i tried i couldn't recreate it
1:00
It's easy. Just throw your opponent from the side! (I forget which side)
I remember that. I did it when i was a child I was so freaked out
Just move side and grab it.. thats it.. n
@@tenzintsenpey5274 what about multiple yoshi's/ghosts Stabbing 2nd player from different angles, not grabbing, just stabbing. first time i played ps let alone T3, the owner who i was playing could not believe all i did was bash buttons, year 2000, 12 yrs old. Only time i ever saw that move
I know most of your videos are old but I still love your music choices.. I always have!

THE SNOW FOREST STAGE IS A MOD FOR PSX ROM
I Luv the ending with two yoshimitsus. Very nice.
He was always my favorite... This guy's a boss!
@rapturs
hey, sorry for delay
it's a "just frame" move, so there is very little frame to press "back" button
you can't mash it either, press only once :)
I heard about this trick I don't know how it can be done.
You are also the first person to tell me it was possible in T2.
If I would ever know I will surely share this :)
thx. the models in the clip went nuts thats why I didn't saw it.
Yeah cool clip. :) The good old T3 will be always my favourite. Good old memories
My fav tekken. Started playing a year ago
many moves in my clip are true secrets, among these are alternative usage of common moves as well as buffered inputs
to not be able to recognize that you obviously have very little understanding of Tekken 3
i thought i knew all his moves until i came across here. thanks.
Move at 00:52 is my favorite special grab, and I wish they'd put it back in the game.
13 saal phly ki vedio ab dakh raha hu wah❤️❤️
I am best player with yoshimitsu among people I know but this man is awesome with it.👏👏
Nice , like the music from game thou ;)
basic "KI Charge" doas two things:
- you do small guard damage
- all successful attacks will be Counter Hits - greater damage, stun properties etc.
also, you CAN'T block when charged, but you can still reverse or parry if your character has these abilities
charged ANNA has extra string extensions
charged LAW has one sweet unique thingy:
1+2+3+4; 1~3 (or just 1 but if 1 is guarded 3 becomes unblockable)
Nice idea to try.
2:31 the best Yoshimitsu-combo.When combat begins, make the combo and kill of one touch to the enemy
many of these moves are true secrets, I also show alternative use of common moves and buffered attacks
to not be able to recognize that you obviously have very little understanding of Tekken 3
Yoshimitsu is my fav! The most badass character of the Tekken series:):)
If my memory is true, there was one more cloning throw technique that stabbed the enemy twice or something similar to that.
Not sure though.
I hope to see this in my lifetime. I still found no way to translate game's code into useful information about hidden input. Textures and sounds are easier to isolate, all the rest seems to be spaghetti or rather ramen noodles tangled mess. Cheers ;)
This game took my childhood ... specially to learn all combos
very nicee mate xD
As a kid I just randomly got these once in a while. Never managed to copy the best combos even the listed ones
Flying with him was cool as fuck
0:52 the move is so secret he starts glitching out for discovering something he shoukdnt have
Aside from the secrets where do you get the school stage and yoshimitsu's snowy stage, are they in the game or PC?
Thanks bro ❣️
i remember a move that was in the demo moves i could reproduce it withouth problems, it was something like u/f+a button(front flip) then f+a button(forward spinning) then b+a button(back flip) then d/b+a button(makes him charge his sword), all together it was a frontflip-spin-backflip-charging sword while moving forwards.
nice :D
0:55 is the coolest move, watch in in 0,25!
@grimmenigma949 Yoshi does have swordless stance in T6 but there is no much use of it. What I meant was Raven has been created based on deleted Yoshi's tricks.
Except for few attacks all his arsenal was created without motion capture session and most moves were badly designed.
My favorite Yoshies are from T3 and first Soul Calibur :)
Kudos to you, if you know all the moves😎
nice finish :P
@AddictedZealot
I remember doing upwards heli spin in Tekken 2, Yoshi hovered without moving foreward and fell down without slicing.
I have no clue how I did it... :)
So, 4 clones probably exist ;)
I was a master with Yoshimitsu ^^
best song ever... especially the last minuite
I was really impressed with the f,f+1+2, ss+3+4 I think, then cancel then f,f+3+4... you could do longer than that, combinations are endless...!
i know every move and every secret of yoshimistu btw: thanks i refresh my memory:D
I am your new subscriber 😊😊😊
Hi, I hope you will learn from my videos and enjoy them, cheers
this was my favorite tekken
Most badass character
Thank you , I would really appreciate that. Yea it only happened in T2 as far as I can remember. And even though the graphics were pretty sucky then, it still looked awesome. Cuz it felt so epic.
There's some more hidden combos that involve the punch combo into backhand spinning and double forward roll jumps. You were definitely among the cool kids
Sounds interesting. Would be nice to know it all, I'd love to have more time to play video games and remake some of T3 videos ;) PS I heard Angela Merkel is a fan of Mortal Kombat - fact or false?
@@Sannidor her favorite move is Scorpions Get Over Here!
I think I initiated the combo from the first or second sword hilt strike, went into the lower spinning fist (triangle), broke this up with the jumping forward roll, standing spinning fist and then another jumping roll but I'm sure you can switch some moves around. It definitely connects. This is like 15 years ago
@@HelmutKohlrabi Oh, it was a basic 10 hit combo xD Yeah, it's even in game's standard practice mode list, haha. Cheers!
GReat video and great moves...music is awesome, name of the song please

TELL ME PLEASE!!!!
BEST character from Tekken
0:52 How the hell can you perform this move , I saw it once , about 7 Years ago , and this is the first time I see it again , thx for uploading !
I used to do a move in Tekken 4 where he steal the opponent move and use it worked on some opponents like the bear and the panda
Yes, it's a move stealing mechanic unique to T4. Works on everyone but not on every move and some "borrowed" techniques have interesting properties and different animations.
Can they finally remaster this beauty.
The only move I haven't seen among others, was Yoshimitsu's helicopter tricks.
Back when there was no guide, no tutorial, you had to find stuff on your own, it was so much fun... For me at least
2013 still playng tekken3 and my fav is Yoshimitsu
okay so i remember when i was still a little kid i once did a move where yoshimitsu did like 10 flips in the air and jumped across the screen and did a cut but i still havent found any videos of it never found out how to do it
***** i don't know if it's related as i'm not english native speaker and i'm not exactly sure about the meaning of the first comment, but i remember literally flying with yoshimitsu, like, i could keep on damaging the enemy while making him go up in the air, to the point where i would double the height of the normal screen max size, exactly, how would someone do that? and is it replicable in new tekken games?
I did not understand what buttons you press to make him attack from all ends and like then pull his spirit back after can you explain how to me ( it was the awesome yoshimitsu vs Nina)
Is rapid healing (ff2 CH, d3+4) still in?
@Boomoorang
Yeah , infamous super clone move - some say he splits in three, some say in four... I play T3 over ten years and never seen other clonimitsu-like attack.
However, many high-level players do not know about GunJack's uf+1+2 extension escapes (watch my GJ clip) or Yoshimitsu's SS 3+4 jf b back turned cancel, so I believe there could be more secret moves to be found :}
forgot to mention some part of the combo is shown at 1:30, only it was back spin instead of forward
BEST TEKKEN!
@ExtraordinaryTK I'm not mocking you, I really believe it exists. Some time ago I spent serious amount of time exploring possible just frame moves in practice mode. When set to hit analysis you can see characters flash green where your button combinations should register. Sadly, it can a bug, game makers cut out MANY moves from Tekken 3 before the final release, even whole characters like Jun and Kazuya.
1:00...its so hard to do this for playstation...whats the name of the move when he turns into two and attacks? and what is the full list of the combos?
was looking for the shadow move
Yoshimitsu is the best character of Tekken.
yushimitsu can fly with his sword like helicopter
anyone noe the one grab move wit yoshimitsu where he grabs the opponent then splits into 2 yoshimitsu and mass attacks the guy in the middle and at the end one of em slashes and the other one stabs the guy in the middle. i STILL remember this from button mashing during 1st grade. done it twice in my life
I wonder if after 14 years there's still any players who wanna feel nostalgic and playing tekken 3 rn
Me, me, me, me 😁
@@Sannidor oh you still play? You play with friends?
@@The_Justicee Sometimes, sure. I played online not so long ago, also experimented with "AI" software emulating player2 (it's not very intelligent yet). I spent so much time experimenting and testing I need to change mindset to "competitive" again 😁
@@Sannidor seems like you must be a professional player
@@The_Justicee Haha, maybe. I just made these videos because nobody else did. People got knowledge but maybe no time or will to share. I also got help and tips from many sources. It's been fun.
@Plazmaimleko
it's a just frame move, and hard one...
over the years I have not found a single faq or a movelist including this one, I think because it's so hard to do and for that reason so rare
I can advise you not to hold the direction, but tap very gently and only once
ha, i remember the first time i did that grab..."holy fucking shit what's happening" sick vid man
wow very powerful swordsman
What about the one when 2 yoshis on both side of the enemy and stab them?
