I am not associated with the emergency services. Thank you firetruck buffs for watching.
All four of Levittown #'2's trucks are stationed together in a four bay drive through station built in the early 2000's.
Love the charger at the beginning with the powercall and awesome Doppler effect

Yes that is the siren that blows when they have a call.
No, that was their house siren going off. They had multiple calls within a ten minute timeframe

I am not sure if the pickup has rear facing LED's. I don't even know if it is a fire company owned vehicle because I haven't seen it in a while. It may have been a loaner from Dodge after the old Charger was wrecked.

Engine 13 by far my favorite
Is Engine 13 housed in an older fire station? Reason I ask is I live within a short distance of 2 circa-1920's fire stations here in Portland that can't accommodate most modern fire engines, and have been adapted to other uses. Same in the small town where I grew up...original fire station became office space when the fire district bought a new truck that wouldn't fit into it. Also had an interesting system... you dialed 2-2222 and that triggered the fire siren.

Whats the story with the Center-Out arrowstick pattern on the interior lightbars when responding behind apparatus?
THe chief cars look more like police cars then fire chief units to me. Where I live most of the chiefs use suv's. Also do you know why the white pick up truck has no rear facing emergency lighting or dose that truck have rear emergency lights that were not on? Thank you for sharing your video.

My personal opinion, who in heck designed and approved engine 13? I have dubbed it officially as Mini Me. As a past volunteer firefighter I have my doubts about that and i bet our 2013 ford F-350 squad can hold more water than that little sad truck. and that dodge ram, needs lights to the back! Its beyond unsafe to run code 3 without rear/side warning especially busting intersections.
FYI, e-13 works for Levittown's needs.
Oh and: the dodge has been updated I think. I believe it was just brand new at the time & they hadn't had a chance to do so yet.

Dam straight! I hate when Firefighters, EMTs, Medics, and Police Officers sit behind computers hundreds of miles away in a different state and think they have the right to criticize another departments equipment. You guys obviously have an engine that size for a reason to fit the needs of your community. BTW I like your guys engine. We have a Peirce (non- cabover) similar to the size of your guys E13. A sweet little rig to drive.

nice vid! that dumb ass truck driver @7:03 should get a big ticket. he should have stopped once he heard the sirens. it's no excuse to not. out in my town that hardly ever happens and if it does people get big tickets.

I agree. They love giving me a hard time when I'm trying to film calls. The real police usually give me no problems except in certain townships.
